Imam Khomeini as a comprehensive mujtahid of new thinking, was familiar with the affairs of the time and its requirements and realities. It created a new chapter in political thought. The great architect of the Islamic Revolution believed that the relations between Muslims and non-Islamic countries should be planned based on the rule of "mustache negation". It seems more necessary than ever to follow the noble management thoughts of that Prophet. Descriptive-analytical research method was used to collect information from a survey tool with a library study. This essay seeks to answer these questions: First: where is the position of the rule of negation of mustache in Islamic teachings? Secondly: What are the thoughts of Imam Khomeini regarding the rule of negation of mustache? The findings show that the rule of negating a mustache is one of the most important jurisprudential principles in Islam, which governs all its international relations and in the managerial thoughts of Imam Khomeini, the economic, political, cultural and military relations of Muslims with foreigners should be designed based on that principle in this case, foreigners will not have any way to conquer Muslims and the dignity, independence, honor and authenticity of Muslims will always be preserved in all fields.

The present article tries to investigate the role of artificial intelligence in promoting public culture and its compatibility with the role of artificial intelligence in promoting the culture of sacrifice and with a comparative approach after explaining and explaining the true concept of sacrifice and martyrdom and understanding its different dimensions. The components include artificial intelligence and data analysis, virtual reality and augmented reality experiences, cooperation with robots and creating interfaces. Smart, using multimedia platforms, creating educational platforms and promoting online education, promoting cooperation and cultural exchange, cooperation with artificial intelligence in content production, direct communication with users, cooperation with artists, content creators and preservation and protection of cultural diversity and applications. Mobile. The most effective in promoting public culture as well as promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom belong to the components of (multimedia platforms) and (mobile applications).

One of the most important cultural, artistic and educational programs that should be followed up and implemented every year in education is the hymn of the singers of Fajr of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Sufficient education in the schools in question, problems with sound systems, lack of knowledge about the importance and impact of Fajar Hamsorayan hymns, lack of involvement of the school's executive staff, lack of suitable and close hymns in terms of content and in tune with Fajr Hamsorayan hymns. Finally, after taking appropriate measures in the school, such as: accurate time planning, formation of the executive headquarters of Hamsorayan Fajr hymn, provision of necessary and sufficient facilities, emphasizing the maximum presence of agents and conducting regular exercises and training classes related to Fajr Hamsorayan hymn, students The singers of Fajr of the Islamic Revolution of Iran became interested in the performance of the anthem, and its efficiency and effectiveness increased to a considerable extent in the direction of spreading the culture of resistance, sacrifice and martyrdom, which are the main themes of this anthem.
