Pages 14-24As valuable capitals of the society, the faculty members play a very sensitive and valuable role in the training of specialized individuals, and their job performance is one of the basic indicators of success and continuation of educational goals in higher education; therefore, the current research was carried out with the aim of predicting The Job Performance of Physical Education faculty members in teaching practical courses based on psychological well-being components, which was carried out by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of the research was formed by the members of the physical education faculty, which was estimated by considering the unlimited statistical population of 384 statistical samples. The statistical sample was selected using available sampling method. The measuring instrument of the research was a questionnaire, the validity of which was checked and confirmed through the opinion of experts and reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Stepwise regression was used to determine the power of predicting job performance based on psychological well-being components. The findings of the research showed that among the components of psychological well-being, the components of Environmental mastery, Positive relationships with others, personal growth and self-acceptance have the possibility of predicting the job performance of professors. Keywords: Faculty Member, Job Performance, Physical Education, Psychological Well-Being

Pages 25-35This study introduces a sustainable development model for Iranian Sports Entrepreneurship based on Strauss and Corbin’s Grounded Theory. The participants were experts in sport management, entrepreneurship, and the economy. Data saturation was achieved after 15 interviews using a theoretical sampling method. Analyzing previous data sets, open, axial, and selection coding methods were employed. A six-dimensional paradigm model was created, covering causes, central subjects, strategies, background, interference situation, and consequences. Validity was ensured through member compatibility, colleague feedback, and pilot interviews. To promote sustainable development in sports entrepreneurship, initiatives like enforcing Article 3's third clause ensuring universal exercise rights can boost interest in physical activities, stimulating demand for sports-related products and services, consequently facilitating job growth. Moreover, entrepreneurs must upgrade their knowledge and expertise to cater more effectively to society, possibly necessitating curriculum revisions. Transitioning towards privatization involves reallocating government-linked domains to private entities, downsizing the Sport and Youth Ministry, and encouraging public and private investments to improve sports infrastructure. Keywords: Sport Industry, Sport Entrepreneurship, Strategic Reflection, Sustainable Development

Pages 36-47This paper presents a comprehensive investigation into the demographic and academic profiles of researchers in the fields of martial arts and combat sports. Using a descriptive and quantitative content analysis based on Google Scholar profiles, the study explores the impact of these researchers on the development of sports science. Key variables examined include gender distribution, relevant educational background, areas of expertise, academic qualifications, the distribution and origins of the researchers, and citation metrics. The authors emphasize the significance of sport sciences and the necessity for interdisciplinary cooperation. The findings highlight a predominance of male researchers in the field and a high percentage of researchers with sports-science-related qualifications. Geographically, the United States, Ukraine, England, Brazil, and Australia have the highest number of scholars in these disciplines. The citation analysis provides insight into the range of influence these researchers have in their respective fields, with a notable portion having citation ranges from 101 to 500. The report also provides an analysis of the h-index and i10-index ranges, contributing factors to the increasing acceptance of martial arts and combat sports as influential and critical areas of study within the realm of sports science. In conclusion, the study calls for continued research to further understand, enhance knowledge, and facilitate development in the field of martial arts and combat sports within sports science. Keywords: Combat Sports, Martial Arts, Google Scholar, Sports Science, H-Index

Pages 48-60In the realm of sports science research, familiarity with qualitative research methods and their specific strategies, such as Grounded Theory (GT), is crucial for conducting research and developing valid scientific theories. There are various versions of GT that can be classified into two categories: first generation (Classic, and Systematic) and second generation (Constructive, Situational Analysis, and Dimensional Analysis). The attention of sports science researchers has grown significantly over qualitative research, especially using GT. However, it is evident that a predominant portion of existing research has employed first-generation GT versions. Further exploration of different versions of GT can play a significant role in selecting an appropriate version and presenting a more enriched theoretical framework. Consequently, this study introduces Dimensional Analysis (DA) as a second generation version of GT. This paper begins with a brief overview of the background, philosophical foundations, and emergence of DA, followed by a discussion and examination of the process of implementing DA.Keywords: Grounded Theory, Dimensional Analysis, Differentiation, Dimensionalization, Integration

The research adopts an applied and correlational approach, employing a survey methodology for data collection. The statistical population of this research includes all the spectators of the Gonbad Kavous course horse races who have betting experience. A sample of 384 spectators meeting the specified criteria was selected using the available sampling method. Six questionnaires were used to collect research data, which are: Experiences of Excitement, Sense of Competition, Betting Skill, Peer Pressure, Getting Income and Willingness to Betting. The validity of the questionnaires was ensured by expert opinions in sports management, while their reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, yielding values of 0.85, 0.79, 0.89, 0.76, 0.77, and 0.84 for each questionnaire respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics were employed to analyze the collected data by utilizing SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3 software. The results of the research showed that the effect of experiences of excitement on willingness to betting was positive and significant. Also, the results showed that the effect of sense of competition on willingness to betting was positive and significant.
