صفحه 3در این نوشتار برنامه ریزی تولید در صنایع پردازشی با تقاضای غیرقطعی بازار مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، و مدلی برای افزایش تطابق تولید با تقاضای غیرقطعی بازار ارائه شده است. هدف این مدل کمینه سازی امید ریاضی هزینه های کمبود و نگه داری موجودی است. در این پژوهش با توجه به ویژگی های خاص صنایع پردازشی، به صورت هدف مند یک دیدگاه تناوبی به امر تولید ارائه شده است. با توجه به این مفهوم، یک مدل ابتکاری دومرحله یی به منظور برنامه ریزی تولید محصولات مختلف ارائه شده است. در مرحله ی اول، سطح موجودی هریک از محصولات در ابتدای یک دوره ی تناوب به گونه یی تعیین می شود که امید ریاضی هزینه های کمبود و نگه داری موجودی در آن دوره، کمینه شود. این مقادیر به عنوان آرمان در مرحله ی دوم مدل لحاظ می شوند. بدین ترتیب که با توجه به سطح موجودی در دسترس واقعی هریک از محصولات در ابتدای یک دوره ی تولید، ترکیب تولیدات به گونه یی تعیین می شود که امید ریاضی سطح موجودی هریک از محصولات در انتهای دوره ی تولیدی تا حد امکان به مقادیر آرمانی خود، که در مرحله ی اول تعیین می شوند، نزدیک شوند. این امر به کمینه شدن هزینه ها در دوره ی بعدی تولید منجر می شود. برای تصمیم گیری در این خصوص مدل های ریاضی غیرخطی توسعه داده شده است که فضای جواب و تابع هدف آن محدب است. برای تشریح مدل تصمیم گیری یک مثال عددی ارائه شده است.

صفحه 15یکی از پدیده هایی که در زنجیره های عرضه مشاهده می شود «اثر شلاقی» است. این اثر بر افزایش نوسانات تقاضا به سمت بالای زنجیره (از مشتری نهایی به سمت تولیدکننده)اشاره دارد. در این نوشتار قصد داریم در یک زنجیره ی عرضه ی دوسطحی(شامل یک خرده فروش و یک تولیدکننده)به بررسی تاثیر الگوهای مدیریت موجودی بر پدیده ی اثر شلاقی بپردازیم و روشی برای انتخاب سیاستی خوب(نه لزوما بهینه) ارائه کنیم. در این مطالعه ضمن ارائه ی دلایل ایجاد اثر شلاقی به مقایسه ی میزان اثر شلاقی در 8 سناریوی مختلف پرداخته ایم. این سناریوها شامل دو نوع خط مشی سیستم موجودی شامل مرور دائم و مرور دوره یی، دو نوع روش پیش بینی شامل میانگین متحرک و هموارسازی نمایی، و دو برآوردکننده است. اثر شلاقی در هر کدام از راهکارها بدون در نظرگرفتن موجودی اطمینان به صورت روابط ریاضی نشان داده شده است. با مقایسه ی حالت های مختلف ثابت شده است که سناریوهایی که در آنها تقاضا به روش هموارسازی نمایی پیش بینی می شود و توسط برآوردکننده ی اول برآورد شود، نسبت به سایر سناریوها اثر شلاقی را به میزان بیشتری کاهش می دهد. نمودارها و تحلیل هرکدام از سناریوها به منظور سنجش میزان تاثیر پارامترهای موجود بر اثر شلاقی ارائه شده است.

صفحه 25نظریه ی دوعاملی (انگیزشی بهداشتی) هرزبرگ یکی از جامع ترین نظریه های انگیزش است که عوامل موثر بر ایجاد انگیزه را به دو دسته ی انگیزشی و بهداشتی تقسیم می کند. به عقیده ی او عوامل بهداشتی به ازبین رفتن نارضایتی در افراد می انجامد، و عوامل انگیزشی موجب افزایش انگیزه ی کاری در آنان می شود. این تحقیق در شرکت توسعه ی صنایع نفت و انرژی و با هدف شناسایی و بررسی عوامل انگیزشی افراد سازمان، براساس نظریه ی هرزبرگ، انجام یافته است. پس از بررسی داده های جمع آوری شده (تحلیل واریانس و تحلیل فاکتور تاییدی)، این نتایج به دست آمد: 1. در بیشتر واحدهای سازمان عوامل بهداشتی، نسبت به عوامل انگیزشی، از میانگین پایین تری برخوردارند که براساس نظریه ی هرزبرگ می توان چنین استدلال کرد که در این شرکت افراد نارضایتی شغلی دارند؛ 2. واحدهای فنی، برنامه ریزی، مالی و مهندسی به ترتیب پایین ترین میانگین ها در عوامل انگیزشی و بهداشتی را به خود اختصاص داده اند و واحدهای بازاریابی و حقوقی و قراردادها بالاترین میانگین ها را دارند؛ 3. با ارائه ی یک مدل اندازه گیری پیشنهادی برای عوامل انگیزشی نشان داده شد که میزان تاثیر رشد و پیشرفت، شناخت و احترام و جذابیت شغل بر عوامل انگیزشی از سایر عوامل بیشتر است. همچنین با ارائه ی یک مدل اندازه گیری پیشنهادی برای عوامل بهداشتی نشان داده شد که میزان تاثیر رعایت عدالت، خط مشی و مقررات سازمان، سرپرستی و مدیریت و حقوق بر عوامل بهداشتی به ترتیب بیشتر از سایر عوامل است؛ 4. خصوصیات فردی بر عوامل انگیزشی و بهداشتی چندان تاثیرگذار نیست؛ 5. رعایت عدالت را می توان یکی از عوامل بهداشتی نظریه ی هرزبرگ محسوب کرد.

صفحه 39در اقتصاد دانش محور امروز، دانش نه تنها محصولی تولیدی بلکه عامل مهم تولید محسوب می شود و لازم است به شکلی صحیح مدیریت شود. مدیریت کارآمد دانش، مستلزم ارائه ی روشی برای ارزش گذاری دانش است. غیرملموس بودن دانش، به خصوص وجود دانش ضمنی، چالش هایی را در ارزش گذاری دانش ایجاد کرده است. در این نوشتار، مدلی سه بعدی که قادر به ارزش گذاری انواع دانش است ارائه می کنیم. در قالب این مدل، ابتدا شاخص هایی برای ارزش گذاری دانش معرفی، و سپس نحوه ی انجام این ارزش گذاری به کمک آن شاخص ها را بیان می کنیم. در این راستا از سه شاخص مقدار اطلاعات، تایید اطلاعات و قابلیت بازیابی اطلاعات برای ارزش گذاری دانش استفاده کرده ایم. در یک فضای سه بعدی، با تغییر هریک از شاخص ها، ارزش دانش تحت تاثیر قرار می گیرد و حجم محصور در این فضای سه بعدی، نمایشی از ارزش دانش را ارائه می کند. بررسی نشان داد این مدل قادر به ارزش گذاری انواع مختلف دانش صریح و ضمنی، انسانی و غیرانسانی در سطوح کلان و خرد می باشد. همچنین ابعادی که در ادبیات موضوع به عنوان ارزش دانش مطرح شده است مانند کمیت، نوبودن، تطابق با اهداف، دقت، سازگاری، اعتبار، قابلیت استفاده مجدد، قابلیت تسهیم، مفیدبودن، در دسترس بودن و ارتباط داشتن در این مدل منظور شده است که قابلیت و اعتبار مدل را مورد تایید قرار می دهد.

صفحه 47تحلیل پوششی داده ها تکنیکی است مبتنی بر استفاده از روش های برنامه ریزی خطی برای ساخت سطح یا مرز غیرپارامتری به صورت خط شکسته بر فراز داده ها، که از این مرز برای محاسبه ی کارایی نسبی استفاده می شود. در این نوشتار برای ارزیابی کارایی واحدها مدلی ارائه شده که با در نظر داشتن مزایای استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده ها (DEA)سعی در رفع مهم ترین مشکلات آن عدم امکان تخمین کارایی، توزیع غیرواقعی اوزان به ورودی ها و خروجی های مدل و تعدد شعب کارا دارد. مدل ارائه شده در این نوشتار)مدل تحلیل پوششی داده های آینده نگر با اوزان فازی(به منظور واردسازی تاثیرات تصادفی عوامل محیطی بر ورودی ها و خروجی های واحدهای تحت بررسی، به هنگام تخمین کارایی و همچنین اعمال اوزان فازی بر آنها، مبتنی است برتکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده های تصادفی (S D E A) با اوزان فازی، که نقاط ضعف مذکور را مرتفع خواهد ساخت. در پایان به منظور درک بهتر مدل پیشنهادی، ضمن حل یک مثال عددی، صحت مدل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است.

صفحه 57برای پایش فرایندهای خودهمبسته ی یک متغیره و همچنین کنترل فرایندهای چندمتغیره نمودارهای زیادی ارائه شده است، ولی باوجود کاربرد نسبتا فراوان، نمودارهای چندمتغیره در حالت خودهمبسته کم تر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند. در این نوشتار با استفاده از روشی جدید به منظور کاهش خودهمبستگی مشاهدات، یک نمودار کنترل به نام نمودار میانگین های گروهی دسته بندی شده ی چندمتغیره (M G B M) برای پایش بردار میانگین فرایندهای چندمتغیره ی خودهمبسته ارائه می شود. نمودار کنترل پیشنهادشده در زمره ی نمودارهای کنترل بی نیاز از مدل است که در آن پارامترها در حضور داده های اتورگرسیون برداری درجه ی اول بررسی، و پیشنهاداتی نیز برای تعیین مقدار بهینه ی آنها ارائه شده است. همچنین کارایی نمودار پیشنهادی در قالب متوسط طول دنباله ی تحت کنترل و خارج از کنترل و در حضور انحرافات مختلف در میانگین،بررسی می شود.

صفحه 65رویکرد ارزیابی متوازن یکی از روش های موفق و متداول برای پیاده سازی استراتژی های سازمان است. ورودی این روش استراتژی های سازمان، و خروجی آن برنامه های عملیاتی است. در این نوشتار با تلفیق مفاهیم تحقیق در عملیات، پوشش مجموعه ی فازی، برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و روش ارزیابی متوازن مدلی ارائه می شود که به کمک آن می توان استراتژی های مناسب برای سازمان (ورودی های روش ارزیابی متوازن) را براساس مجموعه یی از معیارها و در فضای عدم قطعیت انتخاب کرد. برای این منظور، در یک سطح a l p h a-c u t توابع عضویت به شکل اعداد قطعی تعیین شده و مسئله ی انتخاب مجموعه استراتژی های مناسب به شکل مسئله ی برنامه ریزی عددصحیح غیر خطی مدل سازی شده و به کمک نرم افزار L i n g o به راحتی قابل حل است. در پایان نیز نتایج محاسباتی با هدف بررسی عملکرد مدل ارائه شده ذکر شده است.

صفحه 73در سیستم قدرت الکتریکی، پیش بینی اوج بار به منظور بهینه سازی اقتصادی، برنامه ریزی خط مشی، تخصیص بودجه و مدیریت سوخت نیروگاه ها نقش بسیار مهمی بازی می کند.دقت روش پیش بینی در توسعه ی استراتژی تامین قدرت، و طرح توسعه به ویژه برای کشورهای درحال توسعه بسیار مهم است. زیرا در این کشورها نرخ رشد تقاضا پویا و زیاد است. در این نوشتار برای اولین بار یک مدل رگرسیون تلفیقی به منظور پیش بینی اوج بار الکتریکی ماهانه با استفاده از روش خوشه بندی و آنالیز مولفه های اصلیP C A ارائه شده است. بدین منظور داده های تقاضای اوج بار ماهانه ی 14 سال گذشته در شبکه ی قدرت الکتریکی سراسری ایران مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار می گیرد. مدل ارائه شده امکان پیش بینی انرژی الکتریکی مصرفی یا اوج بار ماهانه را برای ماه آینده فراهم می کند. بدین ترتیبکه ابتدا برای بهبود برازش رگرسیون، نقشه ی خودسازمان دهی(S O M) به منظور خوشه بندی اوج بار مصرفی ماهانه طراحی شده است و ماه های مشابه با یکدیگر در گروه هاییکسان قرار داده شده اند. سپس با به کارگیری شاخص دیویس بولدین بهترین حالت خوشه بندی تعیین شده است.
همچنین به منظور کاهش ابعاد ورودی ها و بهبود نتایج از آنالیز مولفه های اصلی استفاده شده است. به منظور پیش بینی اوج بار ماهانه برای هر خوشه نیز از روش رگرسیون استفاده شده است. آنالیز و مقایسه ی نتایج پیش بینی با روش رگرسیون بدون انجام خوشه بندی نشان می دهد که دقت عمل مدل ارائه شده بسیار خوب است و خوشه بندی داده ها موجب بهبود پیش بینی شده است.

صفحه 85این مقاله به تبیین ارتباط میان توسعه ی اقتصادی با دو مقوله ی کسب وکار و کارآفرینی، و نیز پیش نیازهای توسعه ی آن می پردازد. ابتدا پیرامون مفهوم توسعه و توسعه یافتگی اقتصادی بحث، و روندهای مختلف توسعه یافتگی در کشورها بیان خواهد شد. سپس توضیحاتی پیرامون کسب وکار و انواع آن و نیز ارتباط آن با توسعه ی اقتصادی ارائه خواهد شد. در مرحله ی بعد، به تبیین مفهوم کارآفرینی و ارتباط آن با مفاهیم قبلی پرداخته خواهد شد. در نهایت نیز عوامل و پیش نیازهای ترویج فرهنگ، روحیه و تفکر کارآفرینی بیان خواهد شد. در واقع خروجی اصلی این مقاله تبیین جایگاه کارآفرینی و ارتباط آن با مقوله هایی مانند توسعه کسب وکارها و توسعه اقتصادی است.

صفحه 93موفقیت بلندمدت هر کسب و کار، به ایجاد ارزش و رضایت مندی برای مشتریانش وابسته است. این امر موجب خرید دوباره و رشد هم زمان بازار می شود. در این نوشتار با استفاده از مفاهیم شبکه های عصبی، مدلی برای سنجش میزان وفاداری مشتریان نسبت به محصولات خدمات مختلف ارائه شده است. در این مدل پیشنهادی، از شبکه های عصبی خود سازمان ده برای این منظور، استفاده شده است. استفاده از شبکه های عصبی خودسازمان ده به جای شبکه های عصبی پیش خورمزایای متعددی (ازجمله کاهش تعداد تحلیل پرسش نامه ها در آموزش شبکه) را به همراه خواهد داشت. در این پژوهش، دفتر طرح های تحقیقاتی شهرک علمی و تحقیقاتی اصفهان به عنوان مطالعه ی موردی، بررسی شده استو مدل پیشنهادی برای مشتریان این سازمان پیاده سازی شده است.

صفحه 101مدل مقدار اقتصادی تولید (E P Q) یکی از مدل های کلاسیک کنترل موجودی است که کاربرد گسترده یی دارد.
این مدل دارای فرضیات مختلفی است که استفاده از آن را در شرایط واقعی محدود می کند. هدف این پژوهش توسعه ی مدل مقدار اقتصادی تولید است و فرض تحویل سفارش با نرخ ثابت و پیوسته را در نظر نمی گیرد، و چنین فرض می کند که سفارش را می توان به صورت بسته های چندتایی تحویل گرفت. در شرایط جدید، هزینه های E P Q محاسبه، و مدل سازی جدید ارائه می شود. همچنین برای محاسبه ی مقدار بهینه ی سفارش و نقطه ی سفارش نیز الگوریتمی ارائه می شود.

صفحه 107زندگی سازمانی و زندگی شخصی لازم و ملزوم یکدیگرند. توجه به کارکنان به عنوان مهم ترین سرمایه ی سازمان، پدیده یی است که در دو دهه ی اخیر رشد فراوان داشته است. کارکنان نقشی محوری در تحول سازمان ایفا می کنند. در گذشته فقط بر زندگی شخصی)غیرکاری(کارکنان تاکید می شد، اما امروزه بهبود کیفیت زندگی کاری کارکنان به یکی از مهم ترین اهداف سازمان و کارکنان تبدیل شده است.مرجع{1} هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی رابطه ی کیفیت زندگی کاری و عملکرد کارکنان در سازمان اقتصادی کوثر است. روش این پژوهش «پیمایشی» است و جامعه ی آماری آن دربرگیرنده ی 150 نفر از کارکنان ستادی سازمان اقتصادی کوثر است که تحصیلات دانشگاهی دارند. نمونه ی آماری این پژوهش مبتنی بر روش تصادفی طبقه بندی شده است که 61 نفر را شامل می شود. این پژوهش شامل 8 فرضیه، و ابزار اندازه گیری آن پرسش نامه یی با 24 سوال است. پایایی پرسش نامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 79٪ شد و روایی آن با مطالعات گسترده ی کتابخانه یی و همچنین با استفاده از نظرات مدیران، صاحب نظران، و خبرگان مورد نظر تایید شده است. کیفیت زندگی کاری از طریق متغیرهای پرداخت منصفانه، پرداخت کافی، محیط کاری امن، محیط کاری بهداشتی، امنیت شغلی، قانون گرایی، وابستگی اجتماعی و انسجام عاطفی بررسی، و نتایج حاصل از آن حاکی از وجود رابطه یی معنی دار بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و عملکرد کارکنان سازمان مورد مطالعه (سازمان اقتصاد کوثر) است.

صفحه 121افزایش رو به رشد نیاز به انرژی برق در سال های اخیر در ایران باعث شد که بخش دولتی به منظور تامین منابع مالی از بخش خصوصی برای سرمایه گذاری در این صنعت، در قالب قراردادهای شراکت بخش خصوصی دولتی استفاده کند.
افزایش ارزش پول می تواند از مهم ترین اهداف بخش دولتی باشد و در طرف مقابل، کسب درآمد مناسب و کافی نیز از اهداف مهم بخش خصوصی در عقد چنین قراردادهایی است. برقراری تعادل بین اهداف بخش خصوصی و بخش دولتی از مهم ترین وظایف بخش دولتی است. ایجاد رقابت بین تولیدکنندگان فعال در بازار برق و مدیریت مناسب ریسک های پروژه، علاوه بر جلب نظر بخش خصوصی ممکن است منجر به افزایش ارزش پول خدمات شود. این تحقیق در قالب مطالعه ی موردی در «نیروگاه توربین گازی رودشور» به بررسی میزان موفقیت بخش دولتی ایران در ایجاد تعادل بین اهداف بخش دولتی و بخش خصوصی پرداخته است. نتایج نشان دهنده ی این واقعیت است که شرکت توانیر در این پروژه به عنوان یک پروژه ی پایلوت تقریبا عملکرد قابل قبولی داشته و با عقد قراردادهای مشابه به منظور خرید برق به صورت تضمینی (در پنج سال اول قرارداد) و عرضه ی رقابتی آن برای سال های آتی در طولانی مدت به افزایش ارزش پول دست خواهد یافت. در همین راستا باید توجه داشت که در مقیاس کلان طراحی سازوکار پرداخت به صورت فعلی نمی تواند انگیزه های لازم در بهره برداران نیروگاه های خصوصی را برای افزایش کارایی ایجاد کند.

ارائه روشی ابتکاری برای بهینه سازی مسائل چند پاسخه ی آماری با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک / مطالعه موردی: تولید کارتن دایکاتیصفحه 131قالب دایکات یکی از عوامل مهم و تاثیرگذار درفرایند تولید کارتن دایکاتی است. این عامل به دلیل هزینه ی ساخت بالا و تاثیر مستقیم در کیفیت محصول، از اهمیت بالایی درصنعت کارتن سازی برخوردار است. در این نوشتار ضمن تجزیه و تحلیل فرایند دایکات ورق های برش شده، برای شناسایی عوامل موثر بر متغیرهای پاسخ مورد نظر با استفاده از طراحی آزمایشات، سعی بر آن داریم که فرایند را به کمک طرح مرکب مرکزی(یکی از طرح های متداول در روش رویه ی سطح پاسخ) مدل سازی و با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک متغیرهای ورودی تاثیرگذار بر کیفیت محصولات را در حین تولید بهینه کنیم. در انتها ضمن مقایسه ی نتایج حاصل از الگوریتم ژنتیک پیشنهادی و دو روش ابتکاری دیگر، به رتبه بندی نتایج مذکور توسط روش T O P S I Sمی پردازیم.

اما باتوجه به محدودیت های خاص سازمان های دولتی، این سازمان ها برای اندازه گیری کیفیت خدمات، نیازمند مدل های تعریف شده یی هستند که در بخش دولتی از توانایی ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات برخوردار باشند. از این طریق آنها می توانند نتایج ارزیابی این خدمات در جامعه را بسنجند، و برای رضایت مشتری(ارباب رجوع) راهکارهای بهبود قابل اجرا و مناسبی ارائه دهند.مدل سروکوال، مدلی توان مند برای اندازه گیری کیفیت خدمات است که برای اندازه گیری سطح کیفیت موجود در ارائه ی خدمات و جمع آوری نظرات مشتریان و تعیین انتظارات آنان از خدمات، در 5بعد «ملموس بودن»، «پاسخ گویی»، «همدلی»، «قابلیت اطمینان» و «تضمین» به کار می رود. در این تحقیق در بخش کوچکی از صنعت برق، مدل سروکوال توسعه داده می شود تا از این طریق اقدامات بهبود کیفیت خدمات را در اداره ی مشترکین امور برق شهرستان چالوس اولویت بندی کند.

Page 3In this paper, production planning in the process industry is studied. It is assumed that several products can be produced concurrently. The market demand of each product follows a Poisson distribution. The aim of this article is to maximize the adaptation of production output to arrival demand. To achieve this goal, a cyclic point of view to production processes is introduced and a heuristic two-stage model is developed to minimize the inventory holding costs and shortage costs. At the first stage, the optimum inventory level of each product at the beginning of each cycle (OIL) is determined. If the actual in hand inventory level of a product at the beginning of a cycle is equal to its determined amount at the first stage, the expected inventory holding and shortage costs of the product will be minimal during that cycle. At the second stage, considering the actual in hand inventory level of each product at the beginning of a cycle, the optimum combination of production volumes is determined, so that, firstly, production system parameters are satisfied and, secondly, the expected inventory levels at the end of the cycle will be as near to OIL as possible.to OIL as possible. Page 15The bullwhip effect is a phenomenon that occurs in supply chains. It means that, in a traditional supply chain, the amplitude and variance of orders increase steadily from customer to initial suppliers. This article aims to examine the effect of inventory policy on the bullwhip effect under eight different scenarios, in a two-level supply chain, consisting of a retailer and a supplier. These scenarios include two methods as inventory policy; continuous and periodic review, two forecasting methods; moving average and exponential smoothing, and two estimators. For each scenario, the bullwhip effect is shown in terms of mathematical equations. By comparing the scenarios and their interactions with the bullwhip effect, it is proven that exponential smoothing as the forecasting method and the first estimator, estimator, lead to a lower degree of bullwhip effect.Keywords: supply chain management, bullwhip effect, inventory management, lead time

Page 25Herzberg's dual factors (Motivation-Hygiene) theory is one of the most comprehensive motivational theories, which defines motivation factors in two categories. Herzberg believes that hygiene factors decrease employee dissatisfaction and motivation factors increase their satisfaction. In this article, it was attempted to study job motivation factors in the Oil and Energy Industrial Development Company, based on Herzberg's dual factors (Motivation-Hygiene) theory. The conclusion of this study is: 1- In the majority units of the organization, the average of the hygiene factor is lower than the average of the motivation factors; hence according to the Hertzberg theory, one can conclude that there is a situation of dissatisfaction in the organization. 2- In the technical, planning and control project, the financial and engineering units, respectively, have a lower average in motivation and hygiene factors; and the marketing and contract units, respectively, have a higher average in motivation and hygiene factors. 3- In proposing a measurement model for motivation factors, it can be concluded that growth and advancement, recognition and job interest are the most important motivation factors and, in proposing a measurement model for hygiene factors, it can be concluded that equity, organizational policy and rules, supervision and salary are the most important hygiene factors. 4- The result also shows that individual personalities do not affect motivation and hygiene factors. 5- Equity can also be considered a hygiene factor of the Hertzberg theory.Keywords: herzberg, motivation factors, hygiene factors, satisfaction, dissatisfaction, personality

Page 39In today's knowledge---based economy, knowledge is indeed a product and it plays an important role in production process as well. Hence, it should be correctly managed. Efficient knowledge management requires a method to evaluate knowledge.The intangibility of knowledge and especially tacit knowledge has provided challenges in knowledge valuation. In this paper, a three dimensional model is presented to evaluate different types of knowledge. To do so, some indices are primarily defined for knowledge valuation. At the second step these indices are applied to form a three dimensional model for knowledge valuation. The three indices are: 1) the amount of information, 2) the verification of information and 3) the retrieval ability of information. And finally, based on these indices a three dimensional model for evaluating knowledge was developed. The volume of information contained in these components will represent the value of knowledge. The proposed model can not only evaluate explicit and tacit knowledge, but also evaluate human and artificial knowledge in macro and macro level as well. Some dimensions of knowledge value such as quantity, novelty, conformity, accuracy, consistency, credibility, reusability, sharing, usefulness, accessibility and communication have also been taken into account in order to verify the validity of the model.Keywords: knowledge management, intellectual capital, knowledge valuation

Page 57In order to monitor univariate auto-correlated processes, many kinds of control charts have been proposed in the literature. However, for multivariate auto-correlated processes, despite of their many applications, control charts have been seldom proposed. In this article, based on a method to reduce auto-correlation in the observed data, a control chart, called Multivariate Grouped Batch Means (MGBM), is proposed to monitor the mean vector of multivariate auto-correlated processes. The parameters of this chart, which is a model-free chart that does not rely on the modeling structure of the data at hand, are optimized based upon a vector auto-regressive of order-one process. Moreover, the performance of the proposed control chart in terms of in-control and out of-control average run lengths are investigated by a simulation study of a 2-variate process. This approach input is strategies and the output strategies are action plans. The proposed model in this article aided in the selection of suitable strategies for an organization (as a Balanced Scorecard input), according to a set of criteria in an uncertain environment, by use of a conflation concept, such as; operation research, fuzzy set covering, strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard approach. In the proposed model, the membership function is described by a certain real number at a -cut level and the problem modeling as a nonlinear integer programming problem, which is easily solvable with the modern software, Lingo. Page 73In an electric power system, peak load forecasting plays an important role, in terms of economic optimization and fuel management. Accurate forecasting methods can be helpful especially for developing countries where the demand is increased with dynamic and high growth rate. This paper presents a new hybrid regression model, which combines a self-organizing map (SOM) and a linear regression model for monthly peak load forecasting (PLF). Peak load data is used to test the model from the Iran electric power network from the last 14 years. Also, a principal component analysis (PCA) has been used to reduce input dimension. To evaluate the effectiveness of the model, forecasting has been performed by using a regression that uses the un-clustered data. In this paper, neural network concepts are employed to provide a model for measuring customer loyalty toward different products/services. In order to evaluate customer loyalty, Self-Organizing Maps are utilized in the proposed model, the benefits of which, compared to using Feed-Forward Neural Nets, includes a reduction in the number of questionnaire analyses required to train the network. Page 101Similar to the other existing classical production and inventory control models, the Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) model has been derived, based upon some assumptions that cause its limited real-world applications. One of the assumptions in this model is that the orders are delivered at a continuous and constant rate. In order to make the EPQ model more applicable to real-world production and inventory control problems, in this paper, this model is expanded by assuming that the orders may be delivered discretely in the form of multiple pallets. Under this condition, the EPQ costs are calculated and a new model is developed to find the optimum value of the economic order quantity. Page 107Ones organizational life and individual life are necessary to each other. Workers are most important resources and they have a core role to play in changing organizations. In the past, a member of staff's individual life was emphasized, while, today, the quality of one's work life is one of the most important organizational goals. The main purpose of this research is to consider the relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of the staff at the Kowsar Economical Organization. The present research is descriptive and its statistical population consists of 150 staff members who have all graduated at acceptable academic levels. The population of the sample consists of 61 staff members who were classified in a random way. This research consists of 8 hypotheses and the measuring instrument is a closed questionnaire containing 24 questions, which resulted in an alfa kronbenaj equal to 79%. The conclusion of the research showed that all hypotheses have been proven, regarding the precision of confidence intervals of 95%. In the ideal PPP, risks should be allocated to the party who is best able to manage them.Using Rudeshur power station case study, this research explores how and to what extent Iran Government could achieved the above-mentioned objectives. Authors argue that in this case, Tavanir can increase VFM in long-term with contracting such Rudeshur agreement. But, using while Rudeshur payment mechanism has had not suitable incentives for power stations operators for increasing efficiency of power stations with maximizing management skills in the wide broad. Then we model it by central composed design (one of the most common designs in reponse surface methodology) and apply Genetic Algorithm to optimize the obtained model. A comparison is carried out on the proposed gentic algorithm and two other heuristic methods. Today many methodologies have been proposed for service quality assessment; however, considering the particular limitations of government agencies in assessing service quality, there is need for a defined methodology that can assess service quality in the government sector and can present executable and applicable solutions in order to attain customer satisfaction. The SERVQUAL methodology is a powerful model that can resolve this need. This method is used to assess the existing level of service quality, collect customer perceptions, and etermine customer expectations through five key service dimensions: tangibles, responsiveness, empathy,reliability, and assurance.
