Identity analysis of each concept in reality is related to the governed theoretical viewpoint coordinates of it. Theoretical perspectives as well as defaults designed in their political context to specific society, does not recoil. Therefore, for a deep theoretical understanding of each concept, it is necessary to analysis it based on a model the concept belongs to. Now one of the basic concepts in the analysis of a political structures, communities, is the concept of democracy that in Iran's society (after the revolution), is challenging the notion of religious interpretations. So do a review of about the status of democracy, primarily located in Western societies and religious democracy, which is discussed by the religious scholars, is essential. Accordingly, the present article analyzes the concept of democracy and its compatibility with Islam as well as differences between religious democracy and secular western democracy.

In western dialogue literature; soft power is the resultant of influences accepted by the society through media, diplomacy and other tools and its influence power is up to the calculated wisdom which covers the surface aspects of "normal society" and at best "philosophical society".Soft power has its own characteristics that is emerged from the western civilization dialogue and covers that part of human existence which is ultimately the primary layer of sustenance intellect (Intellect Mashandysh) to create a society that any operation in it, demands the action to be done by another person, i.e. trade which is introduced as "social contract" in western literature by Thomas Hobbes.But the religious community is based on two trends, Ummah and Imam, "felt that due to the efforts of prophets Tadayon Created in human, due to the need brothers rebellion against it is not even Hajati is perpendicular, so honor the efforts of Aoun have been prescribed higher humanity " and persuasion to it in swear Motahareh is not achievable. These features which belong exclusively to provincial society, has some kind of power namely "fine (Latif) power" which is the highest power and this article is trying to describe it.Looking to the action, intention and social movement, through this horizon, not only gives it meaning and understanding a sensible situation and materialistic feeling but also accommodates it to a position that donates a permanent pleasure.

Whereas making complementary public policy to enjoy national security is an important necessity for governments, developing holographic army is a great necessity. Holographic army is a public army that disarranges the offensive war machine of the enemy, and results in enemy to pay very much for his long term domination, by leaning on pervasive defense in the society. Such an army has developed according to public supports and developing specific technology of defense of citizens. The base of what people must know, have been learnt by classic army, and people themselves, will create the optimum arrangement according to cultural and geographical specifications on any regions of the country. Thus, such an army will be activated for goals, in addition to enjoying technical supports of formal army, independently but coordinately. According to such an order, if necessary, human forces will become stronger without necessity of paying much, independently will help the main and classic army; while continuously will harm enemy more and more, and then disappears. In fact, the expenditure of repel such an army means to repel a nation entirely and genocide. Thus, the inhibition power of such an army is extremely more than the inhibition power of classic armies.

The Soft Power element has been recently embedded in political literature and power approaches; by passage of the time its new aspects are being explored. The apt apprehension of this phenomenon is through comparative perspective on hard power. Although hard power had been widely changed throughout the history, its all kinds have been evaluated uniformly. Conversely, soft power is a sort of complex and synthetic phenomenon. Against the statistic nature of hard power, soft power has multidimensional and gelatin nature. Applying hard power and several functional failures caused to appear new means which have minor costs and casualties and additionally can convince public idea. Hence west power started to focus and use soft power in recent decades. Therfore serious studies on soft power seem essential. This paper is aimed at describing the power’s nature, feature and theoretical examination as well as its means in three aspects: media, computers and psychological operation.
