    Today surviving of the organization in variable environment and restructuring of the health system needs thoughtful and deliberateplanning. Strategic planning gives direction to the organization for achieving goals and mission and improves organization efficiency. It recognized unused programs and repetitive efforts and eliminate them.Strategic planning focuses on resources for improvement of services and coordination of activities. It helps to organization for adaptation with external variable environment and helps to recognition of strengths, weaknesses and also opportunities, threats in the market. Thus synchronously with technology needs and increase of government participation in health care services, managers of health services should be especial attention to strategic planning for achievement of long term goals.

    One of the important indexes of efficacy in urgent department is the handling time of urgent patients. According to the American heart society studies each minute delay in CPR for urgent patient decrease 7-10% of survival. Others study shows 30-40% of death in casualty (victims) is in primary minutes of accidence. For improve the quality of services in urgent department shortening the transfer time and presenting good care are the subjects that should be especial attention to them. Today attention to quality of services is the goals of pioneer organizations. And in health sector because of patient life, it is veryimportant subject that should be attention to it and improve this service continuously.This is a descriptive study that performed with documents and outcome of previous studies. According to these materials runningthe FOCUS-PDCA program in urgent departments has a positiveeffects and it decreased the patient transfer time and presentinggood care.     The hospital activities have shout down without correct and well educated personnel. On the other hand fresh and satisfy manpower is the main object for presenting the qualitative service in organization. This is a descriptive and analytic survey and its objective is to analyze of manpower distribution that work in diagnostic, treatmental and logistic units of private and governmental hospitals in the city of Kerman and comparing it with standards. Data were gathered by observation, interview and completing a twelve item questionnaire which performed for pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, physiotherapy,nutrition, nursing, and other medical units. The questionnaire had 20 general questions about different hospital wards and numbers of available personnel. Administrative affair, physiotherapy, nutrition, laundry, pharmacy and accounting units had marginal shortage of manpower by 2.6% and nursing, medical, installation, laboratory and radiology marginalshortage of manpower by 3%. In comparison with the standards Afzalipoor hospital, Shahid Bahonar hospital and Rasie Firooz hospital are facing with 4.2% extra manpower and Shahid Beheshti hospital and Shafa hospitals are facing with the average of 6.3% extra manpower. Full service of medical resident doctors and personnel in the hospitalsthat spent formal period of work time for government (Tarh)(medical and paramedical) is a major reason for extra manpower. In spite of, these personnel formally do not belong to the hospitals, but they are practically as important hospital manpower and we count them as hospital manpower. Other reason of manpower deficiency is retirementand unsubsitution of employee. Using personnel in different positions at the same time for saving the money is the main reason of uncompleting the organization chart.

    Today knowledge is progressively a critical resource for organizations that can perform competitive advantage. In this concept knowledge is a systematic complex from data that consists from laws, processes, activities and experiments. Knowledge management is performing a stable base for subjective and objective documents of organization that is most important secret of survival in variable environment. Knowledge management isanalyze of organization processes that perform synergy between data process, information capacity and employee innovation. The aim of this article is fundamentals review of knowledge management and then describe ten principles of it. It also reviewit's methodology in organization and subsystems of it. These subsystems are scientific approach, knowledge of information, social science and system sciences.

    To determine the level of knowledge in methodology among clinical faculty and to explore the association between attending to courses on statistics and methodology, the knowledge of the clinical faculty, and the number of research papers published bythem at the School of Medicine, Tehran University of Medical Sciences. We conducted a survey on a random sample of one hundred clinical faculty members. A questionnaire of 20 items was used to assess knowledge.Thirty percent (95% CI: 21-39%) of the faculty surveyed had a fair to satisfactory knowledge of the field. The proportion of fair to satisfactory level of knowledge was 41% among the educated faculty and 21% among those who did not attend a course on thesubject (P value: 0.043). Mean difference in the number of published papers between the two groups was 3 (P value: 0.057). Considering the plausibility of a causal relation between attending to courses on statistics and methodology and knowledge andresearch productivity, and the general unsatisfactory level of knowledge on the subject, continuing delivery of such courses is recommended.
