    Motivated staff are very important in health services and researcher decided to study the relation among the special payment in motivation and performance of hospital’s nursesaffiliated to SSO.IR in Tehran. Data was gathered from 104 samples in a field study. A 19 elements questionnaire about motivation and performance factors based on Hertzberg theory was completed. After salary receiving by employees the questionaries were completed. Relation among special payment and motivation and interventional variable were analyzed. There was no significant relation between special payment andmotivation. Also was no significant relation between special payment and retention variables. There was significant relation between motivation and retention factors (ρ=0.469, PV=0.001) In Hertzberg theory, salary and payment aren’t motivating factorsbut some scientists know it as motivate factor. According to our findings, “Hertzberg theory” and “money motivation” theory weren’t confirmed in the field. There was relation between hygiene and motivation factors that could be explained by the ERG theory.

    One of the important elements in work success for efficacy, effectiveness and productivity is job satisfaction. It is the important element for creation of satisfaction sense in man. Job satisfaction depends on payments, condition of job, promotion opportunity and personality of masters (bosses) and employees. This study designedfor determine of job satisfaction in managers and employee of Isfahan University hospitals. This is a descriptive, applied and cross sectional study. A questioner for satisfaction determining with 36 questions was performed. Demographic and basis information andalso questions for creators of job satisfaction were replied. After performing of validity and reliability questionnaires were completed for 725 persons (hospital managers and employees) on random stratified sampling. Data were analyzed by descriptive andunderstanding statistics.Mean of satisfaction in total of personnel were determine in week position. High and mild level managers had mild level of satisfaction; staff managers and other employee had low level of satisfaction. There was a relation between age, sex, work background, payment (salary), educational degree, job level, hospital whom works and job satisfaction. Most satisfaction was from supervisory element and the least was from salary.Insufficiency of knowledge in managers from employee motivation factors was the problem of no accepting of real employee demands.

    In most countries, costs of hospital services are the most important section among the components of health systems. Cost increasing in governmental and public sectors is faster than other areas (subjects). According to WHO reports hospitals spend 50-80% ofhealth resources in developing countries whereas this isn’t more than 40% in other countries. Differences in health policies, education, welfare, insurance and especially hospital management are the important factors. In developing countries, insufficientmanager supervision is the main reason of wasting the resource. In contrast developed countries are trying to obtain resource with decrease expenses by relying on efficient management practices and more supervision on efficiency of hospitals.This article determines the effective ways for reducing the hospital costs and ways to increasing the revenue. This article provides effective methods for solving problems in hospital system. They are the result of previous researches in different hospitals that canbe used.

    Usually natural disaster is not expectable but preparing effective response, decrease mortality and morbidity in disastrous zone. Supporting of life immediately after disaster named relief and financial, social and cultural supports and also renewing of thedisastrous zone, named recovery. Preparing medical emergency program in disaster such as earthquake and spate is formed by medical emergency or urgent bases. Obtaining of financial needs of these programs belongs to recovery actions. In this article relationbetween medical emergency financial programs and total health budget is studied in eight years.
