    In this article the researcher tries to consider of the new human Science trends and the transmission of Humanities which paid attention on different religions and experimentalist school as a secret and calculated trend to the necessity of reconsideration in humanism. In this trends first distorted religions appears and following centuries creat Widespread havocs far away Common sense and logic under the name of religion, faith, debt. Science and scientific research was considered guilt and crime. And new human Science with quantitative nature, ostensible superficial and ambitious sovereignty along with adulterous and secular principles in Islamic societies introduced as a new Science. In this Science the reality of human being visibilities and natural phenomena are being distorted and human beings from their altitude positions and values deteriorate and their corporeal nature will be appropriate. Our problems with the new human Science are principles, purposes, procedures and usages. Human definitions should be taken from Koran and justifiable and original sources. The existent Sciences are based on theoretical principles and knowledge is abundant from conscious and unconscious values. Our human Science era is based on pre- suppositions about humans, universe, cognition, recognition about objectivities that Experimental Science achieves them. In his trends, we should vicissitude new human Science with theoretical principles: Theories with correct principles and Orientation. As an outcome, Science can find its position in a new world with a new purport and sense.
  • The Role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Development and Expansion of Islamic Management

    Today Information and communication technology (ICT) plays a fundamental role in development of the human societies and with their expedited & rapid growth encompasses all aspects of society insofar as that it is mentioned as one of the most important key to the resistance development of economical, social, cultural. Among many important areas that ICT plays a fundamental role in development and pervasiveness is Islamic leadership &management that lately ingratiates to whom hearten to Islam. Thus many efforts have been taken to identify and introduce this important phenomenon. In the last few years, the evolution in the writings on these subjects either researchers or compilation in Persian sources (and sometimes in Arabic or English) have remarkably extended. Nevertheless, the access to the sources of specific topic among the mass of information is one of the controversial issues that disregarding intentionally for the lack of original resources does not make any differences. Therefore, internet websites and subject-specific ones in particular are considered as the most basic means of communication in the worldwide range and in the least possible time with high effectiveness and efficiency. In this article it has been attempted to refer to some of the functions of ICT as a strategic approach which can provide development of Islamic management and improvement of human society.

    Nowadays, educational management or educational administration possesses its own theories, principles and conceptions as a science. Evolutionary process of theorizing in educational leadership and management is one of the most significant and of course interesting issues in this area. Educational management Scholars and researchers have divided this era into three following periods:1. Before 1875. Called pre-science period in which educational management was regarded as a knowledge chiefly recognized in the finds of the other sciences in educational organizations.2. 1875-1980, called dispersed& survey studies period in which educational management is equated with the other organizations kind of organizational administration.3. 1930-1980, mentioned as golden period of theorizing. This period starts with professional and experimental studies of educational administration and extends by theorizing of creative and pioneering scholars. Educational theories flourish in this period and educational administration is considered as an independent science. School as a social system may be the most important theory of this time but many other theories were set forth and discussed.

    The purpose of this article is to introduce the position of need assessment and its relationship to study & educational planning process and in fact to answer the question of whether need assessment is regarded as a phase in educational planning process. The method of study in this article is based on library that the application of internet, specialized related websites and articles is applied as research method to this article. The accomplished studies and researches in this area demonstrate the necessity of need assessment in study & educational planning process. The allocated limited budgets to education in many countries assert this necessity. Although the importance of need assessment is evident, it is not properly taken into the consideration. Educationists and researchers have conclude that the status of need assessment in all stages of planning process including planning, designing and performance can be reviewed on the bases of a comprehensive policy. Need assessment can be considered as a process or procedure possessing a clear framework and logic in each phases of planning process.

    Having considered the articles and books regarding Islamic management and related subjects, the increasing attention to this area is recognized. This attention may be productive and praiseworthy on one hand and on the other hand may cause some damages to the very core of the subject. Therefore the analysis and tee review of such works in addition to the mutual comments and interaction of the authors of Islamic management books can stabilizes and strengthens the positive advantages of this highly valued movement and prevent probable damages to this area. This article is intended to analyze a book named “organizational behavior in the view point of Islamic management. To achieve this goal the following methods of analyses have been applied: Mimetic criticism, pragmatic criticism or reader’s response theory and objection criticism or textual theory.
