    In the current age; paying attention to the wastefulness and saving has turned into from the holy Quran viewpoint and Islamic traditions. Even the supreme leader of Islamic revolution Ayatollah Khamenei has allocated a year to this problem. Regarding to the Islamic culture ruling our country it seems completely necessary to pay full attention to the effects and consequences of wastefulness and extravagance from the holy Quran viewpoint and Islamic traditions. The effects and consequences of wastefulness andextravagance on the society knowledge s political, social, cultural and memorial development are important. Therefore the investigation of the effects and consequences of wastefulness and extravagance from the holy Quran viewpoint and Islamic traditions is very important for the planners and policy- makers in order to formulate development strategies and future programs.

    This research has been done to investigate the role of education in the cultural engineering of Islamic society and also the effects of culture on changing the education system, and the relationships between education system and culture. Kinds of cultures and the role of education system in cultures were also studied. Education and cultural engineering from the supreme leader of Islamic revolution viewpoint and experts were considered. Then social engineering cultural engineering was compared.

    Today the necessity of paying attention to the diverse dimensions of capital including social capital in the societie's economic developments has turn into a serious must at a national level and business area. Real experiences in the knowledge-based societies and reproduction of thoughts has obviously revealed the importance of possess of knowledge recreation in relation to the organization's social capital. The main aim of this paper is to help to spread the concept of social capital and its role in the modern economy. In thisresearch after explaining the theoretical fundamentals of social capital; this capital was illustrated based on the thought capital approach and cultural development in the organizations and its relation to economic development.

    Spirituality has been one of the undeniable characteristics of Iranian-Islamic (traditional) art. This specialty has resulted in many honored works which are among the most outstanding important masterpiece of humanity art. But unfortunately today this art due to keep aloof from spirituality and abandon the principles and its outmost truth have turned into a poor art which is only formic and lack of contents. Keeping aloof fromtraditional teaching methods has been turned into a factor of going away the original Iranian-Islamic art from an ideal and spiritual atmosphere. In this research the importance of spirituality in the art production and art teaching were studied. It is also emphasized that the only way to prevent Iranian-Islamic (traditional) art from affecting pathologies is to recognize and redefine the nature of art, its aim and application in the human life.

    Different societies affected by huge scientific-technologic developments are approaching an Information Society. An information society is a society whose structure is affected by technology. Some criteria such as technology, information business, geography, economy, culture, media extension, and globalization have played a big role in creating the information society. Generally speaking in the information society; societies face some challenges such as social disparity, new identities, differentiation and deconstruction, institutes such as government and opportunities such as the role of internet in research, creation, and science, global interaction and coexistence, formation an unstable and intercontinental identity. Due to these challenges; social integrity has decreased in the developing countries including Iran.

    Without any doubt the current age is called the period of reviving the values of human resources. Based on this statement; the most valuable property of any organization is its human resources. In a very different and unstable atmosphere of business it is necessary for managers to find their way in the middle of a massive habits, beliefs, and cues that are explainers the characteristics of their employees. Nowadays not only we are witness the alienated culture abroad but also at home. The alienated culture is seen anywhere; in different jobs and areas. Interaction to each other is required to understand and to be in harmony. For this reason; among the different needed skills of the 21th century; the capability of a continuous adaptation to the individuals of different cultures and the ability of managing the intercultural communication are of high importance. Global business atmosphere needs to people who are familiar to the different cultures and are capable to communicate other people of different cultures. Therefore individuals need to enjoy cultural intelligence. The capability of individuals to adapt to different values, customs, and rituals and to work in a different cultural environment is the producer of cultural intelligence.

    Recognizing the culture as a strategic element of internal environment of organizations is useful action and an unavoidable necessity. Because according to the majority of experts the culture and its atmosphere is one of the effective factors of self- controlling in any organization. Therefore various models are produced to recognize the culture. In this research that is a descriptive, field and applied research the appraisal of the learning culture in country’s petrochemical Industries is studied. Our research findings showed that the learning culture in country’s petrochemical Industries is low.
