    The main purpose of this research was to investigate the role of educationalcommunication factors on the knowledge of Integrated Pest Management among paddy farmers in Sari County this. Research is an applied study and statistical population of the study consisted 28170 paddy farmers in five district. Using stratified proportional random sampling, 260 paddy farmers (by Cochran formula) were selected. Data were collected thesis questionnaire, which its validity (face validity) was obtained by Jihade- Agriculture exports of Sari County and panel of faculty members of agriculturalextension and education. To measure reliability of the questionnaire Coronbach’s Alphaformula calculated (α=%88). Findings soave that there were positive and significantcorrelation between experience of familiar with agricultural extension services, rate ofpaddy farmers ' participation in extension - education courses, FFS programs, level ofcommunication channels usage, rate of paddy farmers 'communication with opinionleaders and rate of paddy farmers 'communication with extension agents with rate ofpaddy farmers ’knowledge toward IPM technology. Regression analysis indicated thatabout 62.8 % of the variation in the extent of IPM knowledge among paddy farmers,could be explained by variables consisting level of communication channels usage,participation in extension-education courses, educational level, rate of paddy farmers 'communication with extension agents.

    The main goal of this research was to investigate the key areas & skills for improvingpractical courses of agricultural higher education from the view points of students inthe University Colleges of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Tehran.This study was conducted by applying a dominant-less-dominant research approach(quantitative and qualitative respectively). The statistical population comprised of 2032students and. The instrument of the research was a researchers-made questionnairecontaining 46 items. The validity was approved by pommel faculty members of theDepartment of Agricultural Extension & Education, University of Tehran. Reliability ofthe questionnaire was calculated by Cranach's Alfa coefficient α=0.962. Factor analysiswas the main statistical method used for analysis of the data. The results indicate thatthere are five key components in classifying the practical skills namely; agronomical &horticultural skills, animal husbandry, general skills, agri-businesses, and, irrigationsmanagement which all together explained 65.995 percent of the total variance.

    The main purpose of this study, was factor analysis of the consequences ofentrepreneurship training courses as perceived by the members of Technical AgricultureAdvisory Services Firms (TAASFs). Statistical population of the study consisted ofall 105 TAASFs members of Darehshahr county, Ilam province who were selected byusing census. Data collection instrument was researcher-made questionnaire whichits validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability established throughcalculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α= 0.91). The questionnaire was completed by83 respondents. Data were analyzed through SPSSwin. According to factor analysis, 8factors: " improved knowledge, skills and attitude ", " increased creativity and innovationof individuals ", " empowerment ", " creating empathy ", " economic development "," increased Risk-taking capabilities ", " improved management capabilities " and "social effects ", identified as the consequences of entrepreneurship training courses.These factors explained 71.75 percent of the total variance. Findings of this study cancontribute to the improvement of conducting entrepreneurship training courses in localand provincial levels.

    Agriculture plays an important role in food security and development of the employmentin Iran. The Agricultural Sector has great role in employing agricultural graduates. ThePersian (PGEC)* of Jihad- e- Agriculture by considering the necessity of technicaland vocational education in last decades, have taken important steps in agriculturaldevelopment stability and so conducted different agriculture higher education courses.The objective of this study was to determining factors influencing future job successamong PGEC graduats. Survey research and a questionnaire with high validity andreliability were design and used to gather information. The sample population was allPGEC graduats from 1996 to 2006 including 36 courses and 713 graduats. Applyingmultipl regression showed that five variables can predict more than 76 percent ofgraduats jab success. Some suggestions are offered improve job success and to promotethe quality of technical and vocational higher education at this center.

    This research is about to measure specialized knowledge of agricultural extensiontechnical staff and finding out the role of this knowledge in their success. As a causecorrelation research, the statistical population consisted of 107 agricultural technicalextension staff in the Tehran Provincial Agricultural Organization. Out of that 98questionnaires were completed and returned to the researchers after few times followup. To handle this research, theoretical and field study were applied respectively toaccomplish the research goals. Research tool was a researcher made questionnairevalidated by an expert panel and its consistency was approved through calculating alphaCronbach’s coefficient as α=0.92. Results from applying multiple regression analysisindicated that; problem investigation and problem solving in rural areas, establishingand guiding rural youth clubs, using local leaders to train rural, monitoring optimumapplication of extension activities, extension staffs’ specialty, introduction to andtransferring new technology, organizing activities among local groups, application ofinstructional media, and extension training classes had positive role on professionalsuccess of extension technical staff. These factors could explain 72 % of the totalvariance of extension staff professional success. Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis testshowed that level of education along with major of the extension staff had significanteffect on their technical success.

    Training as one of the effective factors in human resource development has beenemphasized in Iran’s 1404 Vision Documents. In agricultural production cooperatives,training is an effective factor to entrepreneurship development. The purpose of thisresearch is evaluating and classifying trainings needed by agricultural productioncooperatives to develop their entrepreneurship. statistical population of this appliedresearch included 492 managing directors’ of agricultural production cooperativesoperating in Khuzestan province, of which 101 cooperatives wise selected randomly,using a multistage selection. Data was collected using a questionnaire that its validitywas confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was obtained using Cranach›salpha coefficient (α = 0.82). Results showed that, five faction could explain of about83.99 percent of training needs in development entrepreneurship in agriculturalcooperatives. These factors include regulation training (23.42 %), risk managementtraining (21.46 percent), creativity training (18.57 %), marketing training (12.83 %),training for registering new technology, and moral ownership (7.68 %).

    Education system in keeping with the process of study and research able to maintain andto develop its efficiency and effectiveness. Also it can be respond to the labor marketneeds and increasing the economic, social and cultural growth in society. "Educators"have a main role in the education system. On the other hand, some of them are educational planers. Thereupon, they are determining the quality of its other components and their final productivity. One of the most efficient routes for promoting their effective accompanies and productivity is participation in scientific programs. Studies indicate that teachers and faculty members do not participate in these activities and thus the quality and effectiveness of the education system Higher Education Faculty - Applied agriculture has declined. Also, the appropriate scientific data to promote their participation in these activities available to managers and planners is located. Accordingly, the present study on has done via survey research. The research instrument was questionnaire. Statistical population was faculty members and teachers of Agricultural Scientific Applied Higher Education Center (N=760). Face validity and reliability of research instrument determined by obtaining comments from 5 educational professionals. Also, the reliability of research instrument determined by calculating Cronbach alpha coefficient that confirmed (α =.085). Sample size was determined by using the formula Cochrane (n=213). Furthermore, statistical sample was chosen using proportional multistage random sampling. The results showed that the average scientific activity of faculty members and teachers is almost moderate (2.28 from 5). Among these activities Weighted Average: guidance and advice research project / master and doctoral theses, preparing plans and educational pamphlets, booklets provide education - curriculum and providing training packages have been the top priority.Factors such as: membership in associations, e-mail, education level, computers in theiroffice, organization position, educational background, level of access to weblog and e-mailand electronic to scientific resources in the amount of faculty members and teachers at asignificant level (p=0 /05) have been effective.
