    The goal of this study is studying the learning system in telecommunication organisation of Chahar Mahal-o-Bakhtiari province according to learning organisation model. By using random sampling, 150 managers and the staff of the telecommunication organisation of Chahar Mahal-o-Bakhtiary have been chosen and questioned by scholar-made questionnaire of the situation of learning organization evaluation together with a demographic questionnaire were measured. Reliability of this questionnaire was measured by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and it was 0.81. The results of the mono-variate T-test showed that the present situation of the telecommunication organization to turn to learning organization was less than favourite levels. Also, the results of dependant T-test showed that the present limitations were higher than the levels of present potentials. The results of the variance analysis of the variance showed that managers’ attitudes to the situation of five principals of Peter Synge were better than the staff’s. The results of unilateral variance test explained that there was a meaningful relation between the attitude of the staffs of learning organization and the educational situation.

    The subject of this study is restructuring of the public administration system of Turkey for joining the European Union. Reforms in the public administration system of Turkey was always attentive to be in accordance with the policies and principles of the public administration system of European Union. In this study the plans and policies of public administration system of European Union are analyzed first, and then some suggestions and solutions are presented to improve the public administration system of Turkey.

    The aim of this research is studying the relation of some personal and organisational multi-variable with the amount of scientific and research activities in order to present a model for predicting these activities for the teachers of Gilan province. The sample of this research consists of 400 teachers of different educational levels in Gilan province who were chosen by a multi-stage sampling. The data has been collected by a scholar-made questionnaire including 47 questions. It was analysed by independent statistical Ttest, Spearman and Pierson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. According to the results of this research, seven variables such as knowing scientific methodology, the accessibility to the data sources, beliefs and personal interests, the amount of money earned from the activities, teachers’ gender, the involvement with personal and family problems and the level of teaching are the important variables to predict the scientific and research activities of the teachers.

    The aim of this article is studying the relations of the leadership styles, the efficiency of the managers of the universities and higher education centers in Ardabil province. The research is based on a descriptiveanalytical method which is conducted as a field research. The statistical population were chosen amongst the managers and educational assistants of universities. Thus, the required data was collected by a standard and normal questionnaire about the analysis of the behaviour of the leader of Blanchard Institute. It was analysed by SPSS software. Alpha Cronbach questionnaire proved by coefficient of 85% has been used to completely ensure of the reliability of the questionnaire. This questionnaire has already been used for PhD dissertations in Iranian population with a reliability coefficient. The results of the research show that the efficiency of the managers has a significant and meaningful relation with different selected leadership styles. There are not any relations between the age of testees and the selected leadership styles. The are also no relations between the educational levels of the testees and the selected leadership styles.

    Nowadays when suspicion and distrust are ruling the attitudes of most managers, there are a few organizations that can be proud of their favourite team working qualification, cooperation and trust in their cultures unfortunately. Managers should learn how some people can experience and understand other persons, groups and organizations trust to be able to create and strengthen trust among several sections. They should also learn how this trust grows through times. In other words, it is necessary to understand how other people can psychologically experience trust before its effects on the behaviour, expectations and the results coming out of the trust among the people of an organization have been analyzed. In this study the importance of trust in life and the organization has been mentioned by presenting some definitions of trust and its different aspects. Moreover, the effects of trust on other variables, organizations and working groups have been expressed and analyzed. The study shows that the experience of trust is evaluated by the reaction of values, attitudes, moods and emotions of people. Furthermore, by using a symbolic interactionist perspective, it explains how trust is being increased through times and how trust making can be proceeded in the organizations.

    This research studies the amount of the certainty of the dimensions of learning organizations of educational organizations of Isfahan. Simultaneously, its another goal is defining teachers’ points of view based on some variables such as gender, years of service, and the level of education has been studied. This research is based on a descriptive and survey method and its statistical population includes 2000 teachers of Esfahan guidance schools during the educational period of 2005 to 2006. Finally, the following results were inferred.

    During the last 15 years, knowledge management (KM) has changed from one generation to another because of constant improvements and modern perspectives. Myriad scientists and researchers have presented frameworks, methods and technology of the knowledge management and discussed various practical and theoretical knowledge development. However, KM should still bears extensive changes since it is still in its infancy. The aim of this study is exploring and analyzing KM in a different way which is surveying and reviewing the current situation and analyzing the theories of significant agreements and disagreements among researchers and practitioners in order to highlight the key issues which need more considerations.
