    Introduction
Mankind efforts for achieving a better life while brings welfare for him, unfortunately brings environmental and harmful effects on health. These harm specially the ones due to increase in automobiles and fossil Fuels, endanger the possibility of the continuation of life for present and future tenerations. Lead is mentioned as one of the outputs of these fuels. Available studies indicate that the lead blood concentration of individuals who are living in regions far from city, in comparison with the blood concentration of individuals before the appearance and development of industry as nowadays has been increased a hundred times. In this paper for illuminating the dangers of saturnism, an inspection of the amount of contamination by lead in the blood of workers of Ahvaz gas stations has been done.
    Methods
In this survey thirty people of Ahvaz gas stations have been chosen randomly and as control groups. Their blood samples has been prepared by deposit solution which consisted of nitric acid 5% (V/V) and triton X.100 1%(V/V) – and then the concentration of sample has been measured by flameless atomic absorption apparatus and compared with the control group. Results and
    Conclusions
The consequences have indicated meaningful differences. In blood factors the amount of hematocrit and hemoglobin has been reduced in comparisons with the testifier Troup, but this reduction is not significant. The amount of MCV and the number of red globules has not been much changed among the works who where consideration and the control group.

    Introduction
One of the factors that makes learning perfect and effective is the convergence between the learners’ interest and learning itself. Therefors the students’ interest affects their progress and success greatly. The purpose of the present research is to investigate the healh faculty students’ interest in their courses and the effective factors which influence this interest.
    Methods
The present study is a sectional _ descriptive research. 281 male and female health faculty students took part in study. They are undergraduate and associates degree students having different health field courses and they are also in their third or forth semester. A questionnaire was used to gather information. It’s credit was confirmed by related specialists. The information was analyzed by SPSS.
    Result
The results show that 60% are interested to their course، well to excellent and 40% medium to low. 77% of students proponed that one of the important actor that increased their interest was their teachers in getting more information about their courses. 12/5% of students cited that the poor teaching and not having any guarantee in getting a job in future decrease thier interest.
    Conclusion
The results shows that most of the healh students had no interest or awarenss at the first stages so they choose this cours only to get a univercity degree but their intest were increased afterward by their teachers،guidances. It recomonded that students should consult with univercity before choosing their course.

    Introduction
Three millions people die related to smoking every year. Twelve million smokers are reported in Iran. The studies show that smoking is an important factor which causes cardio – vascular and respiratory diseases. Its role in cancer diseases is strongly confirmed. The social and economical effects of smoking also are considerable.
    Method
In this study 192 preuniversity students in Bahaman city (province of Khuzestan، south of Iran) were interviewed to identify rate of smokers and factors influencing smoking behavior in 2002 to 2003.
    Results
The results show that %36. 5 of students were smoker. And also having smoker friends (P=0. 01) and parental disputes (P=0. 003) are significant factors for the rate of smoking among students. Job and education level of parents are not statistically significant with the smoking behavior among students. Overall results of this study show a strong significant relationship among، peer influence، parental disputes، and prevalence of smoking in preuniversity students.
    Conclusion
Considering the finding more than one third of subjects were smoker، it is necessary to imprive knowledge and promote health beliefs for quite smoking and nonsmoking through suggesting suitable educational and counseling programs.

Entrepreneurship is often described as the ability to create new ventures from new or existing concepts، ideas and visions. Entrepreneurship involves identification of opportunities، analysis of risk and rewards، strategic pursuit of resources and implementation of a plan of action. Development of entrepreneurial skills and initiatives should become major concerns of higher education in order to facilitate employability of graduates who will increasingly be called upon to be not only job seekers but also، above all، to became job creators. Knowledge can be transformed into products and processes and is، in this way، exploited commercially. In developed countries، entrepreneurship management is introduced as method for achieving health care organizational survival and growth In order to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of students، it is necessary to initialize entrepreneurship centers in medical sciences universities. These centers are responsible to design and implement the various programs such as educational، research and outreach in universities.

    Introduction
The incidence of brucellosis has been increased in recent years. This imposes many economical and health related problems among rural and tribe people. Khuzestan province is in low infected range of Iran provinces. We reviewed the epidemiological، clinical and demographical specialty of patient referred to health centers and laboratories of Andimeshk Township in year 2006.
    Methods
Medical records of 50 patient with clinical and laboratory and 144 individuals referred to Health centers evaluated. 194 patients suffering from brucellosis diagnosed by serologic tests (Wright، Coombs Wright، 2me) were studied.
    Results
From 194 brucellosis patients %95 was with Wright Titer equal or more than 1. 160. The sex ratio of patients was 5 men to 6 women. %70 of patients was less than 40 years. The infection was significantly more prevalent amongst householders (%39. 7) animal husbandries (%17. 5) students (%16. 5) and farmers (%9). In seasonal viewpoint most referrals were in summer، spring، winter and then autumn respectively. %37 of patients was city dwellers and %63 were rural and tribes. The incidence of brucellosis in tribe areas was about 6 times to rural، while the rural was 4 times to urban areas.
    Conclusion
Brucellosis infection is significantly raised in rural and tribal areas ofAndimeshk Township so should be more considered. For the control of human brucellosisthe in force and present preventing and control program، should revised based on geographical pathology of Andimeshk Township.

    Introduction
Noise exposure is one of the main problems in petroleum industry. Petroleum industry is a strategic industry in Iran with large number of workers whom are exposed to different noise sources. Identification and evaluation of this noise sources and reducing excessive noises are big issues in petroleum industry from point of occupational health. This descriptive-analytic study was performed in the unit control one oil refinery of Iran. The general objectives of this study were to determine the noise pollution، frequency analyzing and to determine the main frequency of steam exhaust in the refinery.
    Method
Basically، some main information including: draws، noise sources and technical information were gathered in this study. Then the measurement of environmental noise، using meshing method in spread fields of noise sources، was performed. Finally، noise frequency analysis was accomplished to determine the main frequency of desired sound sources and a creative method with four step frequency analyzing was used to investigate and determine the main frequency of main jets. In addition، the main frequency of steam jet was determined and separated based on comparison between the field and mathematical data، using technical emitted noise and steam exhaust characters.
    Results
The results of environmental survey showed that sound pressure levels were greater than 85 dB (A) as national standard level. Analysis results showed that 4000 Hz is the main frequencies of steam jet. The results of main frequency survey of steam jet regarding technical properties and using calculating method verified the field measurement results.
    Conclusion
In this study، with use of creative method with four steps noise frequency analysis of steam jet and then was compared results of frequency survey regarding technical properties and using calculating method was characterized that with this method noise properties of jet from other sources separated. Results of this study could be applied to identify and separate noises with different frequencies and sources while are emitting from a same place at same time.
