    Crime prevention and its related debates have always been among the most important and current issues that have never been forgotten or belittled by criminologists, sociologists, psychologists, crime sociology and criminal policy science. Because from the beginning of the history and when the human beings started living on the earth; the bitter taste of all kinds of deviations, disobedience of suitable norms, destructions, and crimes has been experienced by individuals. Despite such a foresights and actions by human beings to face and encounter above-mentioned categories and their success; it is difficult to deny the increasing growth rate of crimes and deviations. Prevention actions have been done by punishments. However; approaching to the jurisprudential and religious texts and their applications has not experienced a long history due to human beings› ignorance.

    Based on the monotheist world viewpoint; hope is a devein gift that causes the wheel of life move continuously. Surly hope is capable to accelerate the speed of effort and motivation. Indeed one of the most important means of life is to being hopeful. Once human being is deprived of hope; his motionlessness and depress point will start Being hopeful is an art that all people especially the dynamic young generation are required to learn it. One who relays on God is able to enjoy all of his or her potentialities and capacities and turn into an unconquerable element.

    His Excellency Imam Khomeini is the founder of a new Islamic thought in the society’s administration. He had viewpoints in different social fields that are new by own. However, these thoughts have rooted in Islam and their base is traced in the holy traditions (shariat). Development and growth are among Imam Khomeini’s viewpoints. Here, it is intended to explain Imam Khomeini’s viewpoints about the influence of culture on development emphasizing on Islamic culture and Islamic development.

    Bribery, a form of corruption, is an act implying money or gift giving that alters the behavior of the recipient. Bribery constitutes a crime and is defined as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge of a public or legal duty. The bribe is the gift bestowed to influence the recipient›s conduct. It may be any money, good, right in action, property, preferment, privilege, emolument, object of value, advantage, or merely a promise or undertaking to induce or influence the action, vote, or influence of a person in an official or public capacity. In economics, the bribe has been described as rent. Bribery in bureaucracy has been viewed as a reason for higher cost of production of goods and services. The research shows that beside monitoring, identification and controllingthe effective external factors, we should encounter ignorance and weakness of belief seriously as the main internal roots of bribery. Without doing so; it is very difficult to remove discrimination, poverty, and corruption from the society.

    Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify, assess, and control the emotions of oneself, of others, and of groups. Various models and definitions have been proposed of which the ability and trait Emotional intelligence models are the most widely accepted in the scientific literature. The purpose of this paper is to review the current literature in relation to mental illness and criminal behavior. The material presented for discussion was selected from forensic and general psychiatric literature. In order to accumulate data weused Schulte Self-Report Inventory (SSRI) and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ).in order to analyze the data; the Pierson coefficient, unilateral variance analysis, T-Test and Toki Line Test were have been used. The Pierson coefficient has shown that the amount of relation between Emotional intelligence and mental health of criminals is equal to -. /613. Contemporary studies of prison populations illustrated the difficulty in relating mental illness to crime. Papers presenting research revealed important implications for mental health policy and the way in which the penal system deals with mentally disordered offenders. Methodological problems associated with criminological and psychiatric research were addressed in relation to the exploration of whether people suffering from a mental illness are more dangerous or violent than other people.

    The purpose of this descriptive- survey research is to investigate how to internalize the Islamic values within school students of Hamadan city›s high schools. The sample society of this research was all instructors of Hamadan city›s girl high schools (N: 134).the results of research show that there is a meaningful relation between the instructional methods of managers, assistants, instructors and internalization of Islamic values within school students. There was also a meaningful relation between the physical atmosphere and internalization of Islamic values within school students. There was also a meaningful relation between the schools› religious programs and internalization of Islamic values within school students.

    Country›s universities can play a big and key role to remove economic problems and achieve economic development and wealth generation. They as the centers of thinking and knowledge can train and raise creative and entrepreneur students and finally improve the entrepreneurship culture and internalize it in the society to reach wealth generation, welfare, employment and dynamic economics. Entrepreneurship as a whole contributes to social wealth by creating new markets, new industries, new technology, new institutional forms, new jobs and net increases in real productivity. The jobs created through their activities in turn lead to equitable distribution of income which culminates in higher standards of living for the populace. In this way, the resources available to the government will likewise increase and hence enable it to offer social services like hospitals and schools develop the infrastructure and keep law and order. To cap it all, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Project, a comparative international study assessing entrepreneurship’s importance to economies worldwide concluded that the correlation between the level of entrepreneurial activity and economic growth is great and all nations with high levels of entrepreneurial activity have above-average rates of economic growth. In this article, we are going to study entrepreneurship, culture, entrepreneurship culture, and indices of entrepreneurship culture at different levels and in the country›s universities.
