Providing the grounds required to reappearance is among the conditions needed to reappearance. Without providing these conditions His Excellency Mahdi will never reappear. It is merit to notify that some of these conditions needed for reappearing will be provided through passing of the history, tyranny and injustice, knowledge and science developments, people›s awareness, people›s disappointment of intellectual schools, of various states. Of course some of these conditions must be provided by us and His Excellency partisans. Extension of expectation culture within country is one of the effective ways to realize the above-mention purpose which can be paved through the educational and communicative institutes. Transformation of individual sprite is the other factor of revolution in the society. Nowadays; regarding to the science and technology developments in the society; the religious leaders are going to reinforce and spread the culture of expectation through educational institutes.

The indicative faith of Islam has paid a considerable attention to the categories of culture and cultural development. In this regard it is merit to say that the movement of Holy prophet of Islam has been recognized as a cultural movement to enlighten and establish Islamic civilization. In the Islamic culture the mosques are regarded as the symbol of religious government and related to the Muslim people. The Efficiency of mosques in the development of social and cultural relation is at a high level. Indeed the cultural development as a general policy to strengthen and extension of moral and spiritual deed within society is the subject of this article. His Excellency Ali (P.B.U.H) states the efficiencies of mosques including achieving moral deeds, to be guided, leaving sins and moral avarices.

The project of globalizing the culture through concentrating the uniformity of global values and beliefs by dominating the West alien culture to the native and local cultures is going to threaten seriously the spiritual foundations of various societies including traditional and local ones. An effort to change the attitudes of individuals about the ups and downs of covering to accept the current western patterns is a suitable tool. Generally speaking; the acceptance of such a pattern will change the covering patterns of the native and traditional societies. It is necessary to keep in mind that the covering patterns in the rural areas including Zabol town have been shaped and accepted in accordance with environmental, economic, cultural, social conditions and religious beliefs.

Supervision by all individuals of a society is the main factor of its prosperity and health. As a rule; the supervision results in fulfillment and development. Lack of supervision will bring about fall and destruction in a society. The aim of this paper is to study and investigate the importance of supervision in the religious texts and Islamic culture. This paper enjoys a librarian research method and research achievements. As a result it is obvious that a prosperous society is the fruit of a right supervision.

Nowadays; cultural engineering in the sustainable development of rural communities is of importance. Cultural engineering must improve the religious, national, global layers and economic, political, social, and values levels of rural communities. The improvement of cultural empowerment, economic development and scientific management of rural communities is the other main through cultural engineering role of cultural engineering. Participation, integration, confidence, cooperative and coordinative sprits will be improved through cultural engineering. The functions of rural cultural institutes will change through cultural engineering.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analysis the national identity ingredients in the contents of sociology course book of fourth and fifth grades in the primary school. The national identity ingredients include flag, national anthem, national festivals, national customs, national norms, cultural heritages, geographic characteristics, national subcultures, international interactions, and national myths. Contents of sociology course books of fourth and fifth grades in the primary school are the sample society of this research. The pictures, concepts, sentences, paragraphs, questions, and activities are also included in this sample society. Among above-mentioned ingredients; the geographic characteristics and national anthem are of the most and least importance respectively.

Effort to reach a better future and explain characteristics and situation of the privileged and developed countries is not only a necessity for dynamics and hope of country›s people but also it is the outcome of principles and ideals stipulated in Islamic and revolutionary thoughts and culture. These principles and ideals can make the approaches and the behaviors of governments and administrative organs meaningful and purposeful. It is necessary to prioritize the cultural issues and higher education in realizing the longterm vision statement.
