    Islam is to prevent over-treatment and remediation efforts. So first and foremost to the causes and contexts and to deal with the guilt of thinking they have all the solution. The topic of crime prevention is a significant part of Islamic teachings accounts. For this purpose Islamic prevention views and comparing to human findings effective influence an incomparable development of Islam shows prevention affaires. This seems to be the tallest and most important step in the prevention of crime and the path is nice and clean.

    Due to the necessity of effort in progress of human societies and also the Islam›s emphasis, this article is trying to elaborate the value of right and engineered tasks and works from the religious point of view. It also talks about the individual and social positive effects, cooperation, collaboration and denial of employment in religious culture.     Life in communication era despite having virtues has covered ethics and moral norm by conjunction with cultures and apparently move in the path of equalizing global norms but in this beautiful crust of cultural equality, you can easily claim that some of global superpowers try to change the culture of nations to a culture like consumption culture, invisible dependence and … which is in behalf of their interests by use of different software methods. As it is said in the definitions of culture, one of the elements of culture is ethics and it is more important than values, beliefs and ideas which make our culture and ethics. But Islamic ethics is one of cultural foundations in Islamic world- which has rooted in beliefs and weltanschauung of Moslem nations. Powerful tools can play a role in all of cultural dimensions and prevent from cultural deviations. One of these culture dimensions is work at a country. Indeed Islamic ethics can engineer the culture of work in a country and make it as the beliefs and ideas of a nation. In this essay, ethics-Islamic values related to work are examined and we will consider its religious aspects, then we will go further and will separate Islamic ethics from religious form and will consider it from the point of view of science of the day and will show that Islam has considered moral factors of citizenship behavior before west so that it is completely according to psychology and management. Beside we will show that the factors of citizenship-organizational behavior are so depended to each other that you can consider them as a unit- this unit is another form of ethics. with a detailed examination about Islamic ethics and citizenship-organizational behavior you can find that citizenship-organizational behavior is a part of Islamic ethics foundations and at the end examining dependence and interaction of citizenship-organizational behavior and job factors-which is one of the main work criterion in a society-we will show Islamic ethics dependence and job factors and will reach to this result that by utilizing Islamic ethics you can engineer citizenship behavior and improve job factors.

    Cultural management has possessed a seat in our valid universities as one of the important branches of management about a few years. The goal of creating this field is training directors who can manage in governmental organizations and environments: cultural environment and organizations including broadcast, universities, schools, cultural centers, cultural house, cultural-press institutes, news agencies, educational institutes, artistic academy, cinemas, museums, galleries, cultural management of ministry and organizations and factories, advertising institutes, public laboratories and …. Cultural director besides having the knowledge of management shall posses some special abilities including utilizing psychology, sociology, principles of training in the field of education and familiarizing with important subjects of philosophy, history, art and literature. As we know, management is a process including a collection of the related and regular activities. Cultural management is not exempted. at the end, difference of cultural management with other managements (industrial, business and…) is not in the name of these activities but also in the way and content of these types of activities. Cultural management, in the field of micro and macro, consists of regular activities that we define it in the form of stages of this process. These stages are.

    National identity is one of the main factors in resistance of social and political society. So it reinforce one of the main goal and field at the above said societies and constitute reproduction of national identity. This matter necessitates recognizing and careful assessment of national identity at any social society. Thus, the current essay intends while examining the tendency of university student to national identity, identify its effective factors. Method of research is scaling and tools for collecting data are closed response questionnaire. Statistical society of this research includes university student of Literature and Human Sciences College of Tabriz University that they were 1191 persons and a number of 150 persons of them was selected for study by use of proportional stratified sampling together with simple random sampling. After examining hypothesizes and analyzing data through spas software, the achieved results show that variant of educational semester, following family, amount of using mass media and life satisfaction, has a meaningful relation with tendency to national identity and these four variants could explain totally 21 percent of variable changes of tendency to national identity in regression model.

    There is no doubt that the goal of cultural engineering in Islamic Republic of Iran is Islamizing culture and in another word ruling Islamic beliefs over all the fields of society and Islamizing whole of the society. The tools for Islamizing the society or de-Islamizing are a part of that identity; because an identity which forms around a specified culture, will act for its maintenance and reproduction; so creating Islamic identity will lead to Islamizing whole of the society. Achieving to Islamic-revolutionary identity is the greater cultural goal in Iran outlook document in the year 1404(2025). In case of achieving to that outlook, we will have a society which enjoys Islamic-revolutionary identity; in other words, Islamic culture will rule over all of its positions. The researchers of this essay have explained the great goal of cultural engineering by use of reviewing and library reading and have reached to this result that the contemporary thinkers believe that creating Islamic identity is the solution for improving that. Examining the view point of cultural authorities about Iran outlook document in the year 1404(2025) shows that reaching to Islamic-revolutionary identity is the greatest cultural goal.

    This essay follows reaffirming of culture of work in society and its reproduction at the new global conditions and presenting some solutions for planning via media so that we can reach to progress and creativity in the state based on the orders of the honorable leader. We cannot neither achieve to progress and creativity without considering the culture of work nor we can have an independent Iran. The culture of work in the modern era has basically changed and it is worth to process for reply to the modern volume of demand and work force in the society in the form of media. The culture of work as a type of method of life has a fundamental and important role in improving the level of dynamic. Providing the possibility of decision making based on wisdom and thought at all of the life stages especially at childhood period are counted as one of the major and effective basis in creating and encouraging the culture of work. Developing media and making the global values universal in the form of “transboundary data” has caused fundamental changes in social life. Medias especially radio and television can promote the culture of work according to their media ability through applicable patterns and institutional and constructional approaches. Each of these approaches has different forms that cause to improve the culture of work in society.
