Although the prohibition of the wine is unanimous, there is disagreement about the quality of its prohibition. Some Shiite scholars date back its proclamation to the early Mecca, but the Sunni date back to the late period of the Medina and believed that its prohibition was gradual. So the theory of gradual banning has been given. This study is a critique of this theory. This theory has some fields and outcomes that will be referred to in this research and then rejects the gradualist in banning and proves that the proclamation of the banning wine relates to the early Medina. And finally, the gradual is in implementation of the punishment for wine drinking not in proclamation of its banning.

The idea of democracy which is the product of human thought and based on some principles can be studied from different aspects with regard to the principles and foundations of revelation. One of the core foundations of this system is the will of majority and the populace which is regarded as the basis of its legitimacy. Considering the continuity among the verses have long been considered by commentators. First, it has been considered with titles such as the order of the Quran, the proportion between the verses and Suras, with a trivial perspective. But in the fourteenth century, the commentators and Quran researchers have dealt with it with a deeper and more scholarly insight to the structure and the text of the verses, and given to the context of the verses and verbal, semantic and phonetic coherence, they sought to express a coherent and coordinate continuity of the verses and believed that this kind of looking could effect on the correct interpretation of these verses of the Quran solving some interpretive differences and even considered it a prelude to understanding the Quran correctly. Thus, in this study we analyze the new interpretations and terminologies.
