Reversion of sulfur crosslinking continues to be a problem for compounders in tire industries.Extensive researches have been done to evaluate main reasons of reversion and the ways to protect against it. One of the methods for improving reversion phenomenon is to apply anti-reversion agents in compounds Formula.Using such kinds of materials is recommended with respect to application of an article. In the present study, a compound similar to a part of tire was chosen, and the role of an anti-reversion agent on it's physicalmechanical, thermal and dynamical properties was investigated. The results show that anti-reversion agent prevents the reduction of the properties of compound in over-cure state, while in optimal curing of rubber compound the properties were deteriorated.

Improving the performance of polymer products has always been considered by the researchers and manufacturers. By introducing nanotechnology to the polymer science, improving the properties and performance of polymer products such as plastics, rubbers and other types of polymeric products was intensified, and the use of nanoparticles for enhancing the mechanical performance of the rubbers has received more attention. But despite of many researches in the field of polymer nanocomposites in the past two decades, rubber nanocomposites are being investigated and not yet useable in the process. This article examines the use of nanolayered silicates such as montmorillonite, bentonite, rectorite, vermiculite and kaolin in natural rubber nanocomposites. For this matter, in addition to introducing the different processing methods for preparation of rubber nanocomposites, the vulcanization characteristics of these nanocomposites is studied and compared with that of microcomposites containing carbon black and silica.

Tire Design procedures based on sound mechanical principles have become a necessity to meet the ever-increasing demands of performance placed upon the tire of today. This discussion gives an overview of the design process and calculations employed in developing the modern tire: performance and sizing, envelope shape as a function of construction, structural stress, design of the tire skin, and construction of the "green" tire.

This research aims to analyze generated forces due to tire non-uniformities. Ideally, tire should be uniform in geometry, stiffness, and mass distribution. Thus, tire will rotate with no excessive force and/or vibration as vehicle moves. But it is only theoretically possible; in fact tire has some different kinds of non-uniformity. In this paper an analytical method is proposed to calculate force alterations in each case of non-uniformity. Then, importance of each case and also significant parameters are analyzed.

In this article, the effect of high 1,4 Cis butadiene rubber (BR) with uniqe micro and macrostructure on improvement of tire dynamic properties was studied. The benefits of using BR made by Neodymium Catalist (Nd-BR) for creation high rebound resillience in high performance golf balls considered by golf ball producers. In other side, tire rolling resistance reduction as the capacity of very important factor in car fuel consumption reduction, which mainly be created due to increase in resillience and decrease in energy loss in tread compound, is subjected to attention and welcome of tire industries. With regard to this two subjects, in this work the positive effects of using high Cis Polybutadiene rubber to be discussed.

After 20th century which was industrial economy century, the 21st century is information and knowledge era. In knowledge economy, intellectual capital has preferred as a new criteria in wealth creation with compare of tangible assets. The purpose of writing this article is surveying the influence of intellectual capital management and its dimensions on Behnoosh company employees’ performance. 2 separated questionnaires about intellectual capital and employees’ performance were designed and after proving their validity and reliability, distributed among statistical society. The results show that there are positive and meaningful correlations between intellectual capital dimensions and employees’ performance, in which, the relationship between human capital and performance was more than others. Also among intellectual capital indices, the relationship between human and organizational capital is more powerful than other relationships.

The globalization of trade and economy, and the increase of competition, has changed the role of customers in the organizations. Today's organizations look to customers not as a mere consumer, but who has a considerable rols in manufacturing and service, procedures and process, knowledge development and competitive ability along with the members of the organization. Thus, the effective and efficient managing, the relationships to customer and creating new values in goods and service are the important topics of interest to researchers and managers. In this article, the definitions and models which are discussed in the field of value from the customer's perspective, are explained and some of its strong points and applications are described.

CSR has mutual benefits, in other words, the organization will benefit from more coherent and more ethical approach. Also, society and stakeholder sides will have better idea and perception about organization operation and strengths, so situations are prepared for organization growth and development. Organizations are aware of current and future effects of organization on society and try to minimize undesirable effects. As global warming, green house gases production and environment distortion has significant attention for societies and government, in recent years, tire companies efforts in environment friendly products and processes, and also their contribution in social activities including interaction with society and local communities, personal encouragement for volunteer affairs and interaction with stakeholders are surveyed and analyzed. In this article, some world top tyre maker's approach to corporate social responsibility, specially in environment domain, are putting to discussion.

Waste rubber tire has been used for the removal of pesticides from waste water by adsorption phenomenon. By applying chemical and thermal treatment on carbon prepared from waste rubber, a carbonaceous adsorbent is prepared with favorable surface chemistry. Presence of oxygen functional groups as evidenced by FTIR spectra, along with excellent porous and surface properties were the driving force for good adsorption efficiency observed for the studied pesticides. Adsorption studies showed the maximum adsorption of 112 mg/g, 104.9 mg/g and 88.9 mg/g for methoxychlor, atrazine and methyl parathion respectively at a contact time of 60 min. at pH 2 from an initial pesticide concentration of 12 mg/L. This sorbent is inexpensive in comparison to commercial carbon and has a better efficiency than most other adsorbents reported in literatures.
