    Drug smuggling is the most profitable business in the world after guns smuggling. The neighbor country of Iran, i.e. Afghanistan, which is the largest producer of drugs in the globe, has caused drugs smuggling into Iran a great extent. Drugs smuggling brings a large amount of money and it is a lucrative industry, so smugglers utilize different smuggling methods of shipment. The paper discussed that due to specific cultural and religious condition of Iran, it seems indispensable to are policewomen in fighting against drugs smuggling. Statistical population of the study consisted of 30 participants whose ideas gathered are questionnaires.

    Addiction is considered as crime today and will be dealt with as illness tomorrow. Addiction as an illness, has a lot of problem for addicted individuals but it becomes more serious in pregnant women; in fact, addicted pregnant women may bring addicted or disable infants. The present paper investigates the effects of addiction on fetus and its therapy strategies. The results showed the addiction during pregnancy may lead to abortion, impaired cognitive and behavioral development of infant and etc. The paper concludes that addicted women should be treated by methadone and police should monitor the therapy process in future and give the approval to the court.

    Journal of “policewoman” is the first academic journal of the Iranian police force which deals with challenges, problems and troubles of policewomen. Investigating developmental trend of policewoman journal can illuminate its scientific nature and development process. The present paper aims at finding out these processes via an analytical – descriptive method whose variables are the following factors: type of essays, authors’ gender, organizational dependence, type of research method, educational background, and the number of published essays. The results show that the journal is interdisciplinary, qualitative research method is used in most essays, contribution of women is more than men.

    Misunderstanding the role and position of police social workers is one of the problems during the investigation of juveniles cases; in fact, this group should be treated carefully based on their specific psychological condition. Few researches are conducted on this problem and no one deals with preventing the problem. The research method of the paper is descriptive – analytical and library search through books and national / international laws is utilized to illuminate the role of social workers in preventing youth crime. The finding showed that their role in the course of trial progress is very influential in maintaining juvenile rights. In fact, the role social workers in restorative justice should not be neglected easily.

    The juveniles are flexible enough to be trained and corrected easily. Juvenile delinquency is a biological, social, and psychological phenomenon and lack of support and training on the part of the families will lead to delinquency, so the prevention needs wholesale measures. Benefiting from the juvenile policewomen in dealing with the juvenile delinquency will no doubt be fruitful.The present study tries to explore the organizational structure of the juvenile policewomen in some developed countries as well as to clarify the necessity of founding such police in Iran. The findings showed that since the juveniles need specialized behavioral contacts the presence of such police is a need.

    The present study tries to investigate the issue of drug abuse and the treads effective in the future of such phenomenon as well as the future of policy-making in this respect. A series of trends and backgrounds to be changed and some exciting things in this field will be introduced. The status and role of policewomen in Iran and around the world will be elaborated. Then, women, as criminals and victims of drugs, as well as the role of policewomen in training, prevention and dealing with such phenomenon will be investigated.The findings showed that the police have to be changed and developed structurally to let the policewomen perform their mission properly.
