In the present article Nietzsche’s concept of “superman” and Motahhri’s concept of “perfect man” are analyzed and compared in order to reveal their similarities and differences. Both philosophers adopt a novel approach to the ideal man. The concept of superman, in the sense developed by Nietzsche, was unprecedented in the history of philosophy before Nietzsche. The perfect man is a concept which was first introduced into Islamic thought by Muhyi al-Din Ibn al-‘Arabi. Morteza Motahhari explored and developed this concept and offered a more complete commentary on it than the one developed by the school of mysticism.

After the Islamic revolution of Iran, world powers opposed Iran in various ways, such as supporting the Iraqi regime in the imposed war against Iran. The great founder and leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini, adopted a clever and sensible stance throughout the years of Defa’-e Muqaddas (Holy Defense) to oppose the war propaganda of the enemy. A careful analysis of his stance and measures seems to be of great importance here. The present paper aims to study the management of war propaganda as an important component of the “grand strategy” of every country at the time of the war, in order to demonstrate that without an efficient management of war propaganda, the commanders of war cannot manage the military affairs. Decisions, as put by David Easton, are the outputs of the political system, through which values are distributed in society, in an authoritative way. The way decisions are made, was first discussed and analyzed in a systematic way in scientific disciplines other than the political science. The present article seeks to apply this theory to the behavior of voters in elections using the analytical descriptive methodology. There are disagreements about both the nature of the process of decision-making and the best intellectual framework for its study.
