    Transportation of hazardous materials is the area that is very important due to the high potential of possible incidents, despite high safety statistics. Determining indicator and assessment of hazardous materials’ risk, is the first step t execute route direction projects and also, a way to plan and assess function of road network. Here, in this article, we suggest a method to determine the risk to transport hazardous materials from arc of a network, using questionarie date and process to hierarchy assessment. The results of this study show that routes of shiraz-Nourabad. Sepidan, kazeroun-Dashte arzan, and Qotb.abad- Fath. abad, have the most risk and route of Arsanjan – jamal.abad has the least risk to pass inflammable fluid. Also, the routes of Dashte arzan-Qaemieh, Kazeroun- Dashte arzan, and Marvdasht-Shiraz have the most risk and route of Khosvieh – Hajiabad has the least risk to pass hazardous materials.

    Every year, several urban ferry have been generated or widened by consuming a lot of money, to resolve traffic problem. But experiments show that ferry capacity increasing not only dont improve traffic problem but also this is a part of traffic problem. When a route develope, because of congestion reducing, time and common cost of travel reduce and this concernment causes many drivers attract to this route. This cyc continue insofar the route capacity completed and have been demanded for widening or developing of route. This cyc repeat and only have heavy cost for society. This article investigated different aspects of ferry capacity increasing and represented opinion and experiment of developed countries.

    Main factors of accidents are human, vehicle, road and environment. Among these factor, human have a major role. Effective and important parameters of human factor include: age, gender, educating, environment and budget that have been investigated in this research. Age and gender are two factors in driver behavior changing. Educeting cause variation in driving quality improvement. This parameter has maximum effectiveness. Environment affect on drivers mentally and psychically. Human income causes life quality modification and therefore culture and educating increasing. Drug using increases driving risky behavior especially for young and old drivers. Analysis show the old drivers with enough experiment and ideal educeting and adequate income have proper driving behavior. So, everybody must endevour for educating increasing, proper environment providing, and human proper income. For traffic culture improvement with minimum risky behavior.

    The aim of this article is executive method determining for fuel consumption reducing in societies. We must determine urban vehicle choice dependant for effectiveness factors determining. After, with effectiveness factors optimized changing on vehicle choice, have been attempted the road user use public transportation.     Here, in this article, we present a method to get proper toll rate using genetic algorithm. Calculating method is different to evaluate routes, considering demand dependent (elastic, static), or the method to specialize traffic or considering time value of people. Each study suggests special method to calculate the best toll rates. In this article, a method presents to get proper toll rate using genetic algorithm. This method is useful for all two-level concerns of evaluation, away from how to consider time value or demand dependent. First, we introduce two-level concern of concentration evaluation, then, the method to solve it will present, using genetic algorithm. Effective parameters of genetic algorithm will determine, using a supposed network.

    Electronic toll pay is a part of intelligent transportation systems which prepare vehicles to pay toll on highways without stop. It is possible using transponder equipments (electronic tag), and in this way. Wireless connection of sensors on road, shoulders and computer systems (hardware-software) will done. It helps to decrease traffic, increase efficiency, optimize travel time and decrease pollution. But, doubtlessly, success of every technology is due to the acceptance and tendency of its users. The main goal of this article is to discover important factors to adjust citizens with electronic toll pay system. To access this goal, first, we define related theories and meanings and build the study body, according to historical, theoretical background, then, classify meanings, and introduce five variables as important factors of adjusting citizens. To perform the study, we use standard questionarie (chen), which distributes among members of owners of trucks council, Abade. Finally, theories of study examined, using multiple regression and connection index of peirson, and meaningful relation will get among all factors of the model, adjusting electronic toll pay system.
