    Education and development of human resources are inevitable tasks to promote agricultural extension system. Which will be fullfield through "educational programs". The main tool for gathering data was a questioner consist of two parts. One part a bout personal and professional characterestic and the other their vision a bout educational method characterestics such implementation complexity, the complexity of the evaluation and etc 106 sampels by census method were studied among Jehad aericultural experts, monitoring engineering and consulting engineers from Kangavar, Harsin, and Kermanshah Province.     meet the house or farm, individual counseling and farms demonstration are most effective methods. Also experts opinion a bout the effectiveness of teaching methods by using Kruskal-Wallis test showed that, just there were effectiveness significant differences between method– demonstrative and result demonstrative in compare other educational methods. The results may help experts in selecting appropriate training methods.

    The overall aim of this research is to evaluate work experiences of curriculum designers; faculty members، graduates and employers of in the field of Farming Machinery Mechanical engineers and challenges they were facing during academic years of 2010-2011، 1389-1390. In order to understand experience of the participants، this qualitative research was done with phenomenological approach. Statistical population of this research includes: 30 graduates of the last five years in Farming Machinery Mechanical Engineering of three universities in North West of Iran (Tabriz، Orumiyeh and Ardebil، with 10 graduates from each university); 15 employers (five employers from each city) and nine faculty members from three universities which were mentioned above (three participants from every group). In this research semi-structured interviews and open-ended questions، with a purposive sampling were used. Sampling was continued to the point of data saturation، and data analysis was done by constant comparative analysis. The findings were found and discussed in six main themes as: deficiency in curriculum planning with secondary themes (general courses، basic courses، main courses and obligatory university subjects)، deficiency in practical and applied skills with secondary themes (applied، designing and production، projects، equipment and factory facilities)، shortage of skilled workforce، unclear aims and expectations، challenge of the major title and its position. And finally، lack of relation with agriculture and industry section. The result of this research demonstrates the necessity of effective review and modification in university curriculum، educational facilities، fundamental changes and modification of educational environment and programs.

    The main purpose of this descriptive research was to pathology of agricultural extension educationa programs from perspective of subject matter specialists and farmers have attended the programs. The statistical population of this study consisted of 260 farmers attended in education and extension programs in Hasanabad Rural District in Islam Abad Gharb (N=260) and extention subject matter specialists with teaching experience (N= 31). Up to 156 farmers were selected randomly sampling method this the study. Census method was used to interview the subject matter specialists. The main instrument of this research was researcher-made questionnaire this which validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was calculated applying Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Based on the findings، lack of facilities and appropriate evaluation، no appropriate educational content، lack of the agents educational skills، and mismatch between content and educational needs were recoynized as the must hazardous factors to the agricultural extention education programme in Hasan Abad District.

    The purpose of this study is to compare agricultural faculty members’ development models in agricultural and natural resources colleges in Iran. This survey research was conducted as a cause -comparative model. The research population consisted of all agricultural and natural resources faculty’ members in Iran (N=1837). As the research sample، 248 faculty members were selected using multistage random sampling method. A questionnaire was developed by the researcher to gather data. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of related faculty members and researchers. Cronbach''s-Alpha α2 =0/73، α1 = 0/89) was considered as sufficient reliability of the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using LISREL and SPSSwin18 softwares. The results of structural equation modeling (SEM) demonestrated that a significant and negative، relationship existed between individual and professional components with HRD process، but a positive and significant relationships exists between socio-cultural، organizational، and educational components with the faculty members’ HRD process.

    The purpose of this research was to assessing the attitude and knowledge of Zanjan farmers towards agricultural mobile learning applications related factors. descriptive applid approach was used to do the study. Statistical population consisted of two groups of farmers in Zanjan including 3100 farmers trained in 2011 and 350 farmers who had participated in mobile learning courses. Sample size was determined using Cochran formula and samples were selected using multi-stage sampling method. Questionnaire was the main tool of the study. Validity of the questionnaire was approved through judgment of a panel of faculty members and experts. In order to measure reliability of the questionnaire، Cronbach Alpha coefficient were calculated for the main scales of the questionnaire (α1=0. 89، α2=0. 73). The result showed that farmers، attitude to mobile learning is at the moderate level. Farmers'' knowledge about mobile learning was 9. 67 out of 20 indicating that their knowledge was at low level. Also results showed that there was a positive correlation between variables education، income، number of mobile devices used by farmers، understand the limitations and realize the benefits of mobile learning and knowledge score. ANOVA resalts showed that there is significant statistical difference between farmers'' knowledge and attitude in — cities of the Province. Farmers'' knowledge about mobile learning experienced in mobile learning was significantly higher than inexperienced farmers in mobile learning.

  • Entrepreneurship Barriers and Suitable Strategies of Scientific- Applied Agricultural Education / (Case Study: Mahidasht Scientific- Applied Agricultural Education)

    Paying attention to barriers of agricultural entrepreneurship to secure employment and sustainable economic development is inevitable. The main purpose of this research was to identify entrepreneurship barriers in agricultural higher education to provide required and suitable policies to resolve these barriers. A sample of 116 students was selected randomly among 400 students at Mahidasht Scientific- Applied Agricultural Education center in، Kermanshah Province by random sampling. The results of factor analysis showed، four factors as: the weakness of Education- research centers to improve the students’ creativity sprit، lack of information technology infrastructure، structural and organizational barriers in educational systems and inefficiency faculty members determined 55. 649 percent of total variance of entrepreneurship barriers. Also، improving the agricultural education and research systems in order to foster entrepreneurship creativity، developing of organizational and management supports and consulting services determined 60. 253 percent of total variance as policies for developing of entrepreneurship in agricultural education. The results of this study have practical implications for agricultural policy – makers due to resolve entrepreneurship barriers and provide required strategies for developing agricultural entrepreneurship.

    This cross sectional- survey research aimed at factors affecting rural entrepreneurs، success to be used in entrepreneurship training of farmers in Kermanshah، so that they will be taken in to account for entrepreneurship training of farmers. The statistical population for this research was 9392 among rural entrepreneurs in Kermanshah. Current research used random sampling method to choose 370 people using Bartlet table as the sample for this paper. To gather required data a questionnaire was provided and confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha (α= 0/94). The results shown internal and external factors affecting success of entrepreneurs. Among independent variables، willingness to risk، educational level، individualism، family support، fundamental factors، social، economical، educational، and political had a significant relationship with the dependent variable.

    This article is the outcome of studying scientific-applied Education Centers of Jihad-e- agricultue in Alborz province entrepreneurial capabilities. This was an applied research by type and causal relationship by method. The study population of this research consists of 523 graduates of Imam Khomeini and Javanshir Education Center from which 120 students were has been chosen by proportionate stratified sampling method. The questionnaire was developed as the main tool of the study. Validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of faculty members and experts. Cronbach Alpha coefficient was calculated for the main scales of the questionnaire α=0/9. The results of the correlation analysis showed significant relationship between variables of quality and applying teaching methods، compliance and consistency of the content and teaching materials، accessibility to educational facilities and teachers’ abilities، and entrepreneurial capabilities. Results of regression analysis explained that variables such as quality of teaching methods، consistency and compliance of content and teaching materials and availability of educational facilities are the most influential components effecting entrepreneurial capabilities determining 42. 7% of the variance of Entrepreneurial capabilities of the graduates.

    Acquisition of implicated knowledge، attitude and skill assures the major criteria of successful completion of the course. Internship is one of the courses being able to meet three dimensions altogether. However، consider to student’s motivation to engage them in such course is important issue، for planning to improve the quality of such course to undertake developing students in three dimensions. The aim of this study was to investigate agricultural students’ motivation about internship training course in agricultural College of Shiraz University. The population of this study was those students who passed internship course (N= 233). Based on Krejcie and Morgan’s table، 144 students was determined as a sample size. In order to increase the validity of data، sample size increased to 148. A total number of 148 students were selected through stratified random sampling method. Instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire that its face validity confirmed by academic experts and investigates reliability by pilot test that Cronbach''s alpha was 0. 83. Results showed that student’s motivation summarized in four factors: well being motivation، identity motivation، hedonistic motivation and idealistic motivation. The findings indicated that idealistic، wellbeing، hedonistic and identity motivations had highest average respectively. Additionally، students studying in major of food industry، plant protection and agricultural machinery had the highest average motivations in four Following categories.

    This research was conducted with the purpose of examining application of Pragmatism School of Thought components on the effectiveness of scientific- applied agricultural education based on the view point of agricultural instructors of the Center for Scientific-Applied Higher Education in Markazi Province. Total population of the study was 33 agricultural instructors. A pretest to check reliability of the instrument was conducted and Cronbachs'' Alpha was computed as α=0. 83، which indicated the high reliability of the questionnaire. To process data، SPSS/19 used and results showed that there were significant and positive relationship between project and problem solving، learning by doing، critical thinking and discovery education methods and effectiveness pragmatism. Also، there are significant and positive relationship between project، interaction with learners، and participation by learners by instructors and effectiveness of pragmatism. The result from ordinal regression analysis showed that project، critical thinking، learning by doing and interaction with learner variance in dependent variable.
