    Introduction
All of the systems of an organism are struggling to get a harmony of purpose, according to “teleological coherence” hypothesis. When the self/ non-self-boundary is broken in one system, the probability of its breakdown in other systems would be increased.
    Materials And Methods
Hence, self-destructive characteristics as a system’s disharmony and Integrative Self-Knowledge as a facilitator of self-harmony were studied in 100 autoimmune patients (rheumatologic autoimmune diseases) and 130 non-patients (The University of Tehran students).
    Results
The results showed that self-destructiveness was higher in autoimmune patients while Integrative Self-Knowledge was lower in autoimmune patients in comparison to non-patients. In addition, autoimmune patients got a higher score in aggression – as a manifestation of disharmony in the interpersonal level- compared to non-patients. All evidenced disharmony in psychological system is accompanied with disharmony in immune system.
    Conclusion
Therapeutic implications of this results show that reducing disharmony in one system, might ameliorate the disharmony in the other systems. Psychological therapies which intend to resolve the self-destructiveness of autoimmune patients and increase their self-harmony by using self-knowledge development might improve immunological functions as well. Such conclusion needs the replication of present study in different samples and cultures using more objective diagnostic system for personality.

One of the most important concepts of psychoanalysis theories is anxiety. According to Jacques Lacan’s theory, the anxiety will appear when the person encounters to Other’s desire. Since on the basis of Lacan’s theory, desire always leads to lack and never satisfied, the person try to create a fantasy to cover this essential lack as a reaction. Fantasy is a scenario that person answers to essential lack of Other’s desire through that. But this answer is not forever and anxiety appears again when the frame of fantasy splits and loses its integrity and the person inevitably should retouches that fantasy or create one another. But this frame of fantasy does not have mere illusionary effect but it is by itself an agency that signifies the subject's desire and provides the condition for desiring. Subject only through fantasy frame can answer the question of his/her desire and Other’s desire. According to Lacan’s theory, anxiety is result of confronting to Other’s desire and since the Other’s desire is always lacked, the subject attempts to exclude this loss by creating a fantasy scenario, but it’s not the end. Because this fantasy is in response to fundamental lack of Other’s desire and will split and this splitting generates subsequent anxieties.
