    There are two approaches on the causes of political underdevelopment. The first approach is focused on external causes of political underdevelopment such as the theory of imperialism. The second approach focuses on the internal factors of underdevelopment such as internal political problems, and incompetent political system. This article attempts to apply the method of discourse analysis on political underdevelopment in contemporary Iran. The role of conspiracy discourse as an approach in the aftermath of revolution is discussed. So the answer to this question is going to set the ground for discourse conspiracy in the post-revolutionary Iran which is hypothesized to be the cause of political underdevelopment.

    This research paper examines the role of wisdom in the social and political conduct of the Prophet Mohammad. Rationality based on the revelation had a special place in the Prophet life. He could in all aspects of their personal, social, government and politics, war and defense, promote and teach religion and morality, and away from any hasty decision to hire faculty of wisdom, prudence, respect the interests of Islam and Muslims in matters of speculation, to take the initiative and leadership of the Nation of Islam and formed the Islamic government and to establish an Islamic State by examining the circumstances of time and place, fixed principles of reason and logic based on divine revelation, strategy and policy change in the affairs of Muslims to build the infra and superstructures.     The main objective in this paper is to understand the meaning and the relation of Theo-democracy and political development. To achieve this objective, we used descriptive method in describing and explaining this relationship In other words, in the current study, recognition of political development and determination of effective components and indexes on social political changes trend and its relation with Theo-democracy led to the posing question. In what extent, the components of these two categories are compatible? In answering this question, it is tried first to introduce the principles of Theo-democracy upon divine governance doctrine but also God centered values and the model of Islamic individual and social behavior, meritocracy, paying attention to collective wisdom and will in making decisions and social plans. The results revealed that there is a direct and mutual relationship between political development and Theo- democracy. Therefore, reinforcing the strength of public infrastructure in political arena are criteria of Theo democracy. It worth mentioning that political development is a special necessity and principle of Theo- democratic system

    Most of the members of developing countries influence current international system depending on their interaction with super power in particular the United States of America and transatlantic interaction in the framework of its reaction against tension and international incidents. After the end of Cold War, European Union tried to improve and regain its position in international system. They rejected the use of force as a mean of attaining their objectives and emphasize placed on diplomacy, business linkage, international law, multilateralism as tools of resolving conflicts instead of the previous policy. This article aims to analyze the effects of these policies on transatlantic interaction with United State of America and also the position and the role of European Union in international system. It also tries to work on different opinions of the two super powers and the result of current issues that the difference of opinion will put European Union against American hegemony. This article will give some suggestions about improvement of the European Union goals in the international system.

    Human Development is one of the late theories of development that have been the subject of analysis among political scientists since late1990. The final aim of development is long, healthy and creative life. The effective role of the state is necessary for improvement of the human development. Nowadays, the human development is used as a criterion for the political development. Qatar, since its establishment in 1971, became a reach country with gas and oil incomes that provided for high level of economic development. In this article, economic development in Qatar was first evaluated and then in the subsequent the condition and the degree of human development were analyzed in parallel to that of economic development.

    Persian Gulf is one of the most important and sensitive region concerning the strategic and geopolitical importance. In the absence of confidence and trust building there would be lesser cooperative motivation and regional transactions among the nations of this region. That is why regional countries resort to big powers in order to gain and secure their national interests. It seems most of foreign interferences in the region is due to the lack of trust among these nations that attracted supper powers to this region. This paper used descriptive analytical approach. The most basic of requisite of security to a collective security system is unity among members of a region. What kind of safe and secure system should we build in order to have a secure and conflict free region in Persian Gulf? The main hypothesis of this article is to see if the system of unity, coordination, coherence and interaction among Persian Gulf countries would lead to a peaceful region without being dependent on superpowers for assuring security and peaceful transition to economic and political development.

    Author of this paper think that obligation to women's right is the main test of political regime and ideologies. Hence, it is thought that the، majority of political ideologies don’t get acceptable score on women's right. It is the author's general belief that the emergence of political ideologies in twenty century was the main challenge of women's rights. In the theoretical domain the aim of all political ideologies was justice, however، women don’t get their share of justice. In the other word, political ideologies put obstacle to women's movement opportunities in achieving their goals. On the bases of proposed hypothesis، political ideologies are, in essence, of paradoxical nature. The major trend of all ideologies tends to reductionist by nature. Reductionism has negative effect on the realization of women rights. Therefore, it is intended in this paper to examine the content of the twenty century political ideologies on women's rights in comparison to that of men.

    Iranian Million Committee in Berlin during World War I. East German government policies will be studied and contemplated. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the reasons for the formation of Iranian Million Committee in Berlin, Germany. So the key question is what motivated some politically oriented people to form this committee in Berlin and was the role that this committee should play in Iranian politics. In response to the above question is, essay thesis committee members requested the German authorities to Indian nationalists, Iranian cooperation of the main reasons for the formation of committees of Berlin. The focus will be on the importance of India and its allies in eastern policy as an important factor providing for the formation of the Iranian Committee in Berlin. Thus, for the Germans to provide favorable conditions for direct attack on India, by the formation of this committee expected to have insurgency in that country so that India be dragged into war alongside its neighboring countries which ultimately force s England to get involved in that country and hence create a war situation in favor of Germany in its confrontation with England in World War I.
