    Nowadays, Election is one of the important issues in all the countries that their political system is based on democracy. This study investigated the effectiveness of promotional tools on the behavior of voters in the eleventh round of Iran's presidential election. In this study, media campaign tools were divided into two categories of media and non-media ones and the effect of each on the voter's behavior were examined through a 33 questionsquestionnaire. This study was an applied one and its method was a descriptive-survey which has been conducted in the form of field research. Tehranian residents were considered as statistical population and sample size obtained 362 using Cochran's formula. Research findings confirm the impact of using different campaign tools on voter's behavior. The findings of this study which has been done for the first time can be used to promote the success of candidates in electoral campaigns.

    This paper is to study the preparation of Islamic Azad University-Firouzkoh Branch to apply knowledge management. Statistical population under the study includes all experts, managers and deputies of different parts in Islamic Azad University-Firouzkoh Branch. A survey approach is used to do the research and a questionnaire to collect the data needed. By nature, the methodology is an applied one and also descriptive. Content validity is used to determine the validity of the questionnaire, and Cronbach Alpha for the reliability. To analyze the data, binominal test is used also. The results represent that Firouzkoh Islamic Azad University in not under the support of knowledge management, but employees have organization belongingness Suited to implement knowledge management. They participate in decision making activities. There is a system for information processing. No one tries to use the knowledge of employees. The university could be able to share the knowledge between all employees, but unable to provide an appropriate system for implementing knowledge management. Firouzkoh Islamic Azad University has been able to conduct an apt system to manage information technology, but there is no process to get the information in it.

    In today’s complex, dynamic and constantly changing environments, all firms need to design and adopt strategies enabling them to conform the changing and dynamic conditions of competitive markets and as a result to improve their performance.This paper is aiming to help the managers to promote their productivity through marketing knowledge management strategy. It is an applicable-descriptive study in terms of purpose and data collection. large manufacturing firms in Gilan are selected as statistical society. Then, a questionnaire of 24 questions are designed and distributed among the population. All questionnaires are gathered and analyzed via SPSS and LISREL software. The results represent that creating marketing assets, investing on marketing assets and foreign markets’ potential, has positive effects on the performance. At last, based on the research findings and in order to use future researches, some suggestions will be presented.

    Evaluation of corporate performance has been one of the main issues in managing decision making. Nowadays, evaluation of the suppliers is a completely strategic process because organizations rarely change their suppliers. Thesuppliers also do their best to remain stable in the loop of supply chain. Hence, it is important to evaluate the suppliers and not something to be done once at a time. It is necessary to do evaluations continually and dynamically in a reasonable period of time repeatedly. This is more important when we discover that one or more of the supplier conditions may be changed during the time and their output affected by the changes mentioned. The present study aims to evaluate, select and rank suppliers companies in Saipa Corporation in order to provide the most efficient choice, considering the limitations. In this study, using models of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) such as BCC and CCR, efficiency of the SAIPA supplier companies as decision-making units in 2013 has been calculated and the results are analyzed, then efficient units have been ranked by considering some weaknesses of DEA basic models.

    Efficient system design and training human resources with the necessary skills is essential for every organization. Manager's skills in using information technology results in greater efficiency at work and make decisions based on the information. This study investigates the design quality criteria and standards for RFID technology strategic management of university libraries is discussed. The aim of the study was descriptive and applied - is navigation. The population of these research libraries, university experts and officials who make up the 50 is comprised of 44 researchers working with respectively. The questionnaire consisted of 18 questions designed to measure the quality of a traditional 84/92 reliability 0/0 strategy and strategic criteria for assessing the validity of a questionnaire consisting of 13 questions with 92/0 and reliability 88/0 has been used. For the analysis of SPSS software and t-test - Student and Kolmogorof Asmyrynof used. Results indicate that RFID technology for automatic management of Kerman Medical Libraries in the quality of the design and use of RFID technology for automatic management of university libraries to improve strategic criteria and strategic. According to the research capabilities of RFID technology, usability, reusability, reliability, and extensibility are using RFID technology to improve the efficiency criteria, standards and criteria management is a comparative advantage.

    Nowadays, managing the relations between customers is a fundamental necessity in activities leading to the promotion in the chain of an organization. In fact, customers satisfaction and quality of services are considered as the vital issues in most industries and services. After-sales services will also become more important in near future in Iran and the survival of domestic automobile industry surely will be pledged providing its after-sales services and compatible with the consumers need respected to the increase of productions and entrance of foreign competitors. The goal of this research is to identify the factors affecting customers satisfaction in after-sales services of Sipa company and then to prioritize them by using AHP technique. The present research is practical and its methodology is analytical descriptive. In order to develop a new model for identifying effective factors in customers satisfaction, Gronroos, Lehtinen, Serqual and Gohnston models are combined along with interviews of 30 fully experts and their inspections in after-sale services of Saipa company to determine the criteria and indexes. Next, a survey is made by the experts of automobile industry about customers satisfaction and after-sale services by using AHP. Expert Choice Software is used to prioritize the main criteria and choices among competitors. As a result, main criteria respectively are as follows: access and time of access, courtesy and behavior of staff, cost of services, cleanse and appearance of services quality. Also, sub-criteria, contacting personnel has the highest priority and trustworthiness in the promised time has the lowest priority.

    Nowadays, experiential marketing has turned into one of the critical strategies for the survival of many companies. The concept of experiential marketing suggests presenting a unique and memorable experience in which, by creating excitement, it can depend the consumers to goods and services emotionally and so affect the behaviors of customers. This research aims to evaluate the effects of experiential marketing on post-purchase behaviors of consumers in instant noodles. The research in conducted by sampling as an experience in 2nd and 6th borough of Tehran. The sample size was 302 and run by using clustering sampling. The data are analyzed by Confirmative Factorial Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that all experiential marketing components except think and act experience positively impact emotion. Moreover, emotion positively impacts satisfaction and behavioral intention and consequently, satisfaction impacts behavioral intention as well.

    Small and Medium Enterprises development policy by cluster approach program is a new method to attempt to industrial development goals in developed and developing country in the world. In the last decades in some of country such as Iran concentrate that programmed. Industrial development program by cluster approach need some measurable factor for control and assessment. Program’s control must be defining some measurable index that shows achievement results. This technical paper first of all, analysis the native source of this context and then indicate some of Critical Success Factor in small and medium enterprise development by cluster approach. In this case impact of any factor asses by some expert that involved in cluster development in Iran industries. These experts named cluster development agent have been selected our statistical sample plan and have been filled and ranked the questionnaire form. After that information transfer to soft ware base on Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP). The output of this soft ware has been ranked Critical Success Factor for Iranian cluster development approach.
