بهداشت مادران باردار، یکی از اساسی ترین راه های حفظ سلامت جنین و مادر است. حکمای طب سنتی ایران تلاش اصلی خود را در زمینه حفظ سلامتی فرد و جامعه متمرکز کرده و دستورات ساده بهداشتی و دستورالعمل های کاربردی در دوران بارداری ارائه کرده اند که در این نوشتار، این دستورات جمع بندی و با مقالات و تحقیقات جدید مقایسه شدند.
روش کاردر این مطالعه مروری و کتابخانه ای، کتب مرجع و مهم طب سنتی و مقالات جدید مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و یافته های دانشمندان طب نوین با یافته های حکمای طب سنتی به طور اجمالی مقایسه شدند و تحقیقات جدید در مورد تغذیه، مقاربت، حمام و حالات روحی و روانی و سبک زندگی در دوران بارداری در پایگاه های Google scholar،PubMed، Magiran، SID، IranDoc و IranMedex بررسی شدند.
یافته هااز دیدگاه طب سنتی ایران، برای حفظ زندگی سالم و پیشگیری از بروز بیماری ها، رعایت اصولی ضروری است که از آنها تحت عنوان اصول شش گانه حفظ سلامت نام برده می شود که در مورد بهداشت آب و هوا، غذا، فعالیت بدنی متعادل، خواب و بیداری، حبس و دفع مواد از بدن و به خصوص بهداشت روانی، توصیه های کاربردی و دقیقی داده شده است.
نتیجه گیریبا توجه به دقت نظر اندیشمندان طب سنتی ایران در مراقبت های دوران بارداری، شاید امروزه بتوان در مباحث بهداشت بارداری و ایده پردازی ها و تحقیقات مربوط به این دوران از یافته های حکما استفاده کرد و زیر بنای تحقیقات را بر گفته ها و تجربیات بزرگانی همچون ابوعلی سینا و رازی پایه گذاری کرد.

روش مراقبت کانگورویی، یک مراقبت استاندارد شده و بر اساس پروتکل است و اساس آن، تماس پوست با پوست بین نوزاد و مادر و هدف آن، توانمندسازی مادر است تا به تدریج مهارت ها و مسئولیت پذیری برای نگهداری نوزاد را بیابد و برای مواجه با نیازهای روحی و جسمی نوزاد توانمند شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر روش مراقبت کانگورویی بر وضعیت سلامت عمومی مادر پس از زایمان انجام شد.
روش کاراین مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی در سال 1393 بر روی 100 زن زایمان کرده در بیمارستان امام خمینی اهواز انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان به دو گروه مراقبت کانگورویی و مراقبت معمول از نوزاد تقسیم شدند و تا 2 ماه پس از زایمان جهت ارزیابی سلامت عمومی مورد پیگیری قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه ویژگی های دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدنبرگ است تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 19) و آزمون های تی مستقل، کای دو و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته هابر اساس نتایج مقیاس های فرعی پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدنبرگ قبل از مطالعه در افراد گروه مورد مداخله، بیش ترین اختلال مربوط به کارکرد اجتماعی (98%) و کمترین اختلال مربوط به افسردگی (44%) بود و در ارزیابی هفته اول، ماه اول و ماه دوم بعد از مداخله نمره آیتم های سلامت عمومی بهبود یافته بود. بیشترین و کمترین اختلال مربوط به نتایج نمره کل سلامت عمومی در گروه مداخله، به ترتیب قبل از مداخله (98%) و در ماه اول و دوم بعد از مداخله (0%) بود.
نتیجه گیریتماس پوستی مادر و نوزاد در بهبود آیتم های سلامت عمومی (سلامت جسمانی، اضطراب، عملکرد اجتماعی و افسردگی) موثر است. لذا با توجه به مفید بودن و بدون هزینه بودن آن، به منظور پیشبرد سلامت مادر و با توجه به سایر فواید آن، انجام آن بعد از زایمان به مادران توصیه می شود.

صفحات 18-23مقدمهافسردگی، از شایع ترین اختلالات روانی ناشی از استرس است. برای مبارزه با تغییرات شیمیایی ناشی از استرس در سیستم بیولوژیکی، ابتدا دفاع آنتی اکسیدان و سپس آنتی اکسیدانت های غیر آنزیمی مانند ویتامین C، E و بتاکاروتن نقش دارند. در مطالعه حاضر با هدف بهبود اختلالات ناشی از استرس، تاثیر ویتامین ث بر افسردگی زنان یائسه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.روش کاراین مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی دوسوکور در سال 1392 بر روی 150 زن یائسه در بیمارستان حافظ شیراز انجام شد انجام شد. افراد در دو گروه دریافت ویتامین ث و دارونما قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 6 ماه روزانه 500 میلی گرم ویتامین ث، 2 بار در روز و گروه کنترل با همان روش دارونما دریافت کردند. پرسشنامه افسردگی بک قبل و بعد از مداخله تکمیل و نمره افسردگی ارزیابی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS (نسخه 15) و آزمون های تی تست جفتی و آنالیز واریانس اندازه گیری های تکراری و آنالیز کواریانس انجام شد. میزان p کمتر از 05/0 معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.یافته هابا مقایسه نمره افسردگی قبل و بعد از مداخله، اختلاف معنی داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد (05/0p>). بین نمره افسردگی قبل و بعد از مداخله در گروه ویتامین ث (365/0=p) و در گروه دارونما (215/0=p) نیز اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیریعلیرغم اینکه اکثر مطالعات ویتامین ث و سایر آنتی اکسیدانت ها را به عنوان یک عامل کمکی موثر در درمان افسردگی و اضطراب گزارش نموده اند، مطالعه حاضر به این نتیجه نرسید، لذا بررسی های بیشتر توصیه می شود.

Maternal health in pregnancy is one of the most crucial ways to maintain maternal and fetal health. Pioneer physicians of Iranian traditional medicine have focused their efforts on maintaining the individual and community health and have recommended simple health-promoting and functional instructions during pregnancy that in this study، these guidelines have been summarized and compared and contrasted with new articles and researches.
MethodsIn this review and library study، the main resource textbooks of traditional medicine and new studies have been evaluated and the findings of scientists of modern medicine were briefly compared with those of traditional medicine، and new researches on nutrition، sexual intercourse، bathing and mental and emotional status and lifestyle during pregnancy were reviewed in Google Scholar، Pubmed، Magiran، SID، Irandoc، and Iranmedex databases.
ResultsIn perspective of Iranian traditional medicine، to maintain healthy life and prevention from the incidence of diseases، observing some principles is necessary which are titled as six principles of maintaining health that precise and practical recommendations are suggested about health of climate، food، balanced physical activity، sleeping and wakefulness، custody and disposal of waste materials from the body، and specially mental health.
ConclusionRegarding the meticulous attention of Iranian Tradition Medicine scholars to maternal healthcare during pregnancy، perhaps now we can use the findings of physicians about pregnancy health issues and ideas and research findings related to this period and lay the foundation of researches on the statement and experiences of great scholars and practitioners such as Avicenna and Razi.

Kangaroo mother care method is a standardized care based on protocol that its basis is skin t skin contact between baby and mother، and its aim is to empower the mother to gradually gain the skills and responsibility to care of baby child and empowers the mother to cope with the physical and emotional needs of the child. This study was performed aimed to evaluate the effect of kangaroo mother care on postpartum maternal general health status.
MethodsThis randomized clinical trial study was conducted on 100 postpartum women in Ahvaz Imam Khomeini hospital at 2014. Participants were divided into two groups، Kangaroo mother care and routine care of baby and were followed up to 2 months after delivery to assess the general health status. Data collection tools were demographic questionnaire، and Goldenberg general health questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 19) and independent t-test، chi-square test، and one-way ANOVA test. P
ResultsAccording to the results of the sub-scales of Goldenberg General Health Questionnaire before the study in intervention group، most disorder was related to social function (98%) and lowest disorder was related to depression (44%) and items of general health score had been improved in the assessment of first week، first month، and second month after the intervention. Most and lowest disorder related to the results of total score of general health in the intervention group، before the intervention was 98%، and in the first and second month after the intervention was 0%.
ConclusionSkin to skin contact for mother and newborn is effective for improved items of general health) physical health، anxiety، social functioning، depression). Therefore، with regard to the usefulness and no costs of this method، it is recommended for promotion of maternal health and considering other benefits، it is recommended to perform it after delivery.

Pages 18-23IntroductionDepression is one of the most common mental disorder caused by stress. To combat with stress-induced chemical changes in biological systems، firstly antioxidant defense and then non-enzymatic antioxidants such as vitamin C، E and Beta Carotene are involved. The present study was performed with the aim of with improving stress-induced depression evaluate the effect of vitamin C on depression in postmenopausal women.MethodsThis double-blind، randomized controlled trial was performed on 150 menopausal women in Shiraz Hafez hospital at 2013. The participants were placed in two groups of vitamin C and placebo. The intervention group received 500 mg of vitamin C twice daily for six months and a control group received a placebo with the same method. Beck questionnaire was completed before and after the intervention and depression score was assessed. Data was analyzed with use of SPSS version 15 and Paired t-test and repeated measures of variance analysis and analysis of covariance. PResultsBy comparing depression scores before and after the intervention، there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0. 05). Also، no significant difference was observed between vitamin c group (P=0. 365 and) the placebo group (P=0. 215) in terms of depression scores before and after intervention.ConclusionResults of the studies reported that the effects of vitamin C and other antioxidants is as an adjunctive effective factor in the treatment of depression and anxiety.
