Looking into some Hadiths, news and narrations concerning the advent of Hazrate Hojat (SA) in the middle east geographical region and through brief consideration of the past and current characteristics and circusmstances in the middle east, the present paper deals with the issue of Hazrate Hojat’s advent. According to narrations and news, middle east region, due to its prominent and especial conditions, is the centre of important, determinative and effective centre which impacts the advent of the agreed Mahdi and his global revolution. In various narrations which inform as asout the world’s grounds, news and circumstances, reference has been made to some major wars, incidents and events which occur in this region. It is said that the Iranians are first people who arise from Khorasan, Qom, Ray and Taleqan, and different corners of Iran to assist their own leader. It is also said that it is through fomentations, dristurbances and blood baths by western satanic and invader governments and states that Hazrate Hojat’s opponents attack Islamic movements such as Iraq, Palestine, Syria, etc. ; and commit crimes and get involved in corruption. Taking into consideration the especial conditions and circumstances existing in the middle east region; available news, narrations and Hadiths; and comparing them with the proofs recently observed in the countries of the region; one can claim that signals of Hazrate Qaem’s advent are observed more than ever.

Many problems of the modern organizations originate from the rapid and galloping changes in desires,threats, and environmental opportunities. Parallel with applying changes in the environment, organizations should adopt themselves with the modified environment. The present paper has been written in two parts –the first part was published in the previous volume, and the second part is published here – to benefit from the science of ‘’transformation management in organization ‘’ to establish desirable developments in ‘’Aghidati-Siyasi Organization’’. In part 2 of the discussion, some issues such as reactions, transformation barriers, transformation strategies in organizations (structural, technical and behavioral), steps toward transformation, transformation strategies and programs in organization and its elements, transformation grounds and factors in organization are looked into and some recommendations are submitted to Aghidati-Siyasi Organization managers.

There are two major measures – preventing crimes, punishing felons –to be taken to combat crimes and their occurrence in the society and consequently establish security in people’s social environment. Crimes can be prevented through reducing or removing conditions, factors and controllable motivations for committing crime. Police force personnel, who are responsible for preventing and combating crimes, are always prone to these threats and damages; therefore in order to save and protect them against the threats and damages, they should be protected by various bodies in charge. The present report has analyzed the ‘’report on the performance of NAJA in 2007 to guide and direct its personnel’’ which was published by supervision and Assessment bureau of NAJA Aghidati Siyasi Organization with respect to the measures taken and its impact on them; mean while some suggestions are offered to prevent the personnel from offending.

The word ‘’morality’’ is the plural form of the word ‘’attitude’’ which means sensual characteristic or sensual form in which human being, due to that sensual condition and without thinking, does something. In brief, ‘’morality’’ means making distinction between correct and incorrect actions; and doing the correct ones while not performing the in correct ones’’.With respect to the sensitive responsibility and especial position of intelligent services’ staff, and the necessity for protecting them against probable damages in an era where moral principles are ignored due to some vain pretexts, and because less attention is paid to moral values; therefore being familiar with intelligence attitude and observing it, can play an important role in preventing the promotion of moral problems among intelligence police’s personnel. In this paper, attempts have been made to deal with intelligence police personnel professional attitude based on some verses from holy Quran, and narrations. To achieve this, the present paper has been developed in eight sections: position of police and intelligence in Islam, police secrecy, police and snoop, police: optimism and suspicion, police and the related damages, police: endurance and persistence. Finally, the paper has ended in some conclusions and suggestions, hoping that anonymous soldiers and staff of intelligence police would benefit from the present paper.

Spirituality and having relationship with a superior power is the most important requirement of humankind. Humankind’s mental and spiritual needs differ from secular issues; and with respect to the vision that every school of thought relies on, to analyze human being, spirituality interpretation would be different. Incorporating human being’s spirit with religion is considered to be the fundamental issue in creation of human being. Taking into consideration the deterrent role of spirituality, it can play an important role in mitigating the rate of mental diseases such as depression, anxiety, etc. Many individuals, especially real believers, resort to their religious beliefs to encounter the mental pressures they come across with in their emotioual problems resulted from their relatioship with others. In fact, resorting to religious beliefs and their faith is the only way to maintain one’s mental health. Nowadays, in the machine era and due to mental pressures resulted from it; human being needs to think more about the effectiveness of religious beliefs to encounter stress, and mental and physical factors which put human beings under pressure. Many intellectuals suggest that religion and spirituality have undeniable impact on human being’s mental and physical health; and the other aspects of their life. It is through utilizing their religious beliefs such as resorting to prayer, trust and patience that religious people can calm them selves and establish a more positive vision through making hope. There fore, the present paper aims at dealing with role of estaslishment of mental health on the part of NAJA personnel with the respect to the above – mentioned documentations.
