    The growth policies as well as the prospective objectives of the Islamic Republic of Iran have been planned in a way to make the country able to enjoy constructive and effective interaction with the world on the basis of the principles of dignity, discretion and expediency. Culture, is referred to as the ‹soft power› in the domain of international politics, due to the fact that it is able to shape others› preferences as well as the reason that it has a satiating nature, not to mention that the arena of international relations is strongly influenced by cultural and identity factors. Ethical-ideological matters and identity issues are now posing seriously in Moslem countries. This article aims at answering the question of how the diplomatic and cultural basics of the Islamic Republic of Iran can use Quranic principles to manage Islamic unity diplomacy and what effects have been made by Islam and Quran on it. Based on this, the cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran has changed into a full-scale discourse by taking effect from the concepts and meanings of the Islamic Revolution as well as Quranic and Islamic teachings. This discourse reflection aims at fortifying the intellectual, cultural and local values, knowledges and viewpoints and transferring them to the foreign Moslem countries in order to create unity among Moslems and on this way soft diplomacy and satiation power are being used.

    The characteristics of the people who have leading or highest managements roles in the organizations and communities or societies, are among the most challenging questions posed in the area of human resource management. These characteristics differ in accordance to the intellectual bases and ethical systems of various societies resulting in their acceptance or non-acceptance and success or failure in those particular societies. The article at hand has attempted to highlight and discover the strategic characteristics of society managers and leaders on the basis of the educational and managerial traits of Prophet Moses proffered in the Quran. The attained axes are based on the scrutiny of religious texts as well as the interpretation and analysis of Quranic verses done by various interpreters. The subject of this research, from the aspect of belonging is mono-racial, from the aspect of function and role is interpretive and from the aspect of the belonged is attached to the mind and concepts. The reason Prophet Moses has been chosen as the theoretical example of this research is that His characteristics in the Quran and explicated and expanded in more details in comparison with the other role models; Moreover, His living time has been selected as the research time of this article. The selection of the verses has been based on the research, translation and interpretation method of Nemune Interpretation. In this research the characteristics of strategic leaders have been categorized into four groups: family traits, ethical and piety traits, physical and spiritual features and managerial features. Furthermore, the component parts of each have been extracted and explained. In addition to this, the educational components of leaders have been extracted and offered on a phenomenological basis. Among the most outstanding of such features, we can mention the education of these leaders in the society and the hardship they have undergone in their lives.

    Donation is among the features of the economic and legal systems in Islam and enjoys salient position and importance. It epitomizes benevolent help that is bereft of hypocracy, annoyance, humiliation and fraught with good will, pious intentions. It is a soft loan that can help decrease the gap between social strata which the individual carries with them to the after world as saved deeds. Should this nice tradition be advertized and expands, it will bring with it positive and ever-lasting effects for this world as well as the other world. In other words, donations immortalizes the person›s good deeds and makes the deed report of the person eternal, thus, making it possible for him/her to reap it benefits. The main purpose of this article is clarifying the act of donation in the view of Quran and Islamic tradition. The method of research is descriptive and documented analysis has been used; that is to say, all the sources used and the studies made were tagged on slips of paper which were in turn categorized into reseach findings via a qualitative approach. In this article, initially the concept of donation, its various kinds as well as its conditions, the truth behind and in it, and then its status and significance in the viewpoint of the Quran and Islamic tradition have been explicated. Afterwards, examples of donation in the Quran have been highlighted and in the end cultural samples of donation in the lives of the 14 Infallibles have been inserted.

    The elite are the most infuential part of the society whose silence as well as their speeches play a significant role in the evolutionary movement of the society. In societies where these people are given the right to self-express are whose ideas are taken into consideration for decision-making processes, the society›s growth is accelerated. Wanted and unwanted silence of the elite are among the most outstanding challenges of contemporary Islamic society. This silence may emanate from their materialism, the rulers› suppression, and/or the people›s and the rulers› shunning them. The silence of the elite can be both appropriate and effective or on the other hand inappropriate and destructive. Thus, their silence can be categorized into two groups, i.e. appropriate or inappropriate. The former has positive effects while the latter has harmful impacts. In the article at hand, the impacts of such silences in the Islamic society - based on the viewpoints of the Quran and religious quotations - is discussed and elaborated.

    Setareh Mousavi In our religious literature, piety is given a salient position; it may even be claimed that in the Holy Quran, the religious tradition and the way of the prominent figures, piety is given the highest status. The objective of this research is an educational study of piety in the era of expecting the reemergence. The method of the research is analyitical-descriptive and the reseracher has extracted and edited the educational influences of piety in the teachings of the Quran. It has been attempted in this research to evaluate the hidden but effective areas of piety and highlight its position as the special means of and ultimate end. According to the attained results, piety is by itself an ultimate goal and simultaneously a means which has a linear connection with the other final objectives in the Islamic education. In Quranic verses, piety is given a particular stance. Piety has various effects on the worldly or after-world aspects of the person›s life that may be different or similar. In the final part of the research some solutions have been proffered that can result in having piety in the era of expectation.

    In order to have mental and cultural changes in the society, there should ba agents who have been selected as top managers of these area based on meritocracy and due to their wisdom and discretion. Such a selection requires indicators and criteria which form its foundation. Thus, the analysis of such standards is the aim of this article via a descriptive approach and under the inspiration of religious teachings, the opinions of the elite and personalexperiences among which we can mention inclinations, beliefs, moral and mental ability, and scientific and executive prowess. The results have shown that there is a meaningful relation between observing meritocracy in the selection of cultural managers and their efficiency when they take office. Moreover, there is a meaningful relation between the recognition, growth and flourishing of cultural talents and the qualitative and quantitave measures taken in the domain of science and art.

    This article has been written to recognize and analyze the most important socio-cultural reasons causing city-dwelling Iranian ladies to be inclined to use inappropriate dress codes. The study method used has been secondary analysis, the statistical society has been the Persian articles pertaining Iranian ladies› dresses and covering published in the recent decade (234 articles totally), the sampling method has been targeted and unaccidental and the volume of samples has been 17 articles. According to the research findings based on the afore-cited articles, mothers› weak performance, peer pressure, actors and actresses faltering in providing the youth with suitable role models, satellite and internet TV channels› advertising unsuitable dress codes, parents› weakness in supervising their childrens› choices especially girls and the acceptance of the Western culture in its selection of clothing, have been the most significant reasons city-dwelling Iranian ladies are inclined to use inappropriate dresses. At the end of the article some suggestions have been offered that can help correct this habit among the target population.
