صفحات 1-8مقدمهسرطان سینه بعنوان تهاجمی ترین سرطان در میان زنان خشار های روانی بسیاری بر |آنان وارد میسازد. برای مقابله با شرایط حاصل از سرزان سینه زنان از طیفی از پاسخ های مقابله ای استفاده میکنند. در این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی رابطه این فشارهای روانی و نوع پاسخ های مقابله ای مورد استفاده زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه بوده ایم.روشدر این مطالعه 127 زن مبتلا به سرطان سینه حضور داشتند. برای بررسی اختلال های روانی از پرسشنامه داس 42 و برای بررسی پاسخ های مقابله ای از پرسشنامه موس و بیلینگر بهره گرفته شده است.. رابطه ی داده ها با استفاده از همبستگی رگرسیون مورد ارزیابی قرار کرفته است.یافته هانتایج مطالعه نشان داد که رابطه مثبت معناداری بین استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی با پاسخ مقابله ای اجتناب وجو دارد. همجنین رابطه قوی بین افسردگی و اضطراب با پاسخ مقابله ای احساسی وجود دارد. نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که استرس و افسردگی بهترین پیش بینی کننده های پاسخ مقابله ای اجتناب هستند در حلیکه استرس و اضطراب تشکیل دهنده ی عوامل موثر در پاسخ مقابله ای احساسی هستند.نتایجاختلال های روانی از مهمترین عوامل موثر در پاسخ های مقابله ای است. پس در برخورد زنان با بیماری سرطان سینه نوع اختلال روانی آنها باید مورد دقت باشد.

صفحات 23-30اهدافبیش از چندین دهه است که سبک های فرزندپروری به منزله عوامل پیش بین رفتار در نوجوانان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی نقش سبک های فرزندپروری در پیش بینی مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری نوجوانان استروشاین مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. حجم نمونه شامل 60 دانش آموز پسر پایه اول راهنمایی به همراه پدر و مادر آنهاست که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه سبک های فرزندپروری بامریند و پرسشنامه شخصیت سیاتل برای کودکان پاسخ دادند.یافته هانتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که در پدران، سبک فرزند پروری دیکتاتور منشی با افسردگی و نیز نمره کل مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری و در مادران سبک دیکتاتور منشی با اضطراب، افسردگی و نمره کل مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری و سبک سهل انگارانه با مشکلات رفتاری در گروه نمونه مرتبط است.نتیجه گیرینتایج پژوهش حاضرهمسو با نتایج پژوهشهای پیشین، اهمیت جو هیجانی حاصل از سبک های فرزند پروی را در سازش یافتگی نوجوانان آشکار کرد.

صفحات 39-46مقدمهناگویی هیجانی مشکلی است که هم در سطح هیجانی و هم در سطح کارکرد شناختی خود را نشان می دهد و بصورت ناتوانی یا نقص در توضیح یا شناخت هیجان ها شناخته می شود.هدفپژوهش حاضر با هدف روشن ساختن نقش طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک های دلبستگی در اختلال ناگویی هیجانی انجام گرفته است.روشروش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد و با استفاده از نمونه ای متشکل از220 نفر که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شده اند انجام گرفته است. در پژوهش حاضر پرسشنامه های ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو (TAS-20)، سبک های دلبستگی و طرحواره های ناسازگار یانگ فرم کوتاه اجرا گردید.یافته هاداده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان موردتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که از بین مولفه های طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه، خود گردانی مختل و گوش بزنگی بیش از حد و از بین سبک های دلبستگی،سبک اجتنابی به صورت مثبت ناگویی هیجانی را پیش بینی می کنند.نتیجهتوجه به طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و سبک های دلبستگی در پیش بینی و درمان افراد دارای ناگویی هیجانی ضروری می باشد.

صفحات 47-60وسواس مذهبی – اخلاقی یکی از انواع وسواس های فکری- عملی است که در سطح ایران و جهان بسیار کم مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته است. در دهه های اخیر، محققان تلاش نموده اند تا با شناسایی آن دسته از همبسته های وسواس فکری- عملی که با وسواس مذهبی – اخلاقی مرتبطند، در شناخت هرچه بهتر این سازه راهگشا باشند، که از جمله این همبسته ها می توان نشانه های وسواس فکری- عملی و سبک های شناختی ناکارآمد وسواسی را نام برد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه وسواس مذهبی اخلاقی با نشانه های وسواس فکری عملی و سبک های شناختی مرتبط با آن بود. نمونه شامل 80 نفر از مبتلایان به وسواس فکری عملی بود که 30 نفر از آنان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از مراکز شفا، آرمش، و کلینیک کودک و خانواده دانشگاه شهید بهشتی انتخاب شدند و 50 نفر دیگر از طریق آگهی پژوهش در فضای مجازی به پرسشنامه های آنلاین پاسخ دادند. در پژوهش حاضر از پرسشنامه وسواس مذهبی – اخلاقی پن، مقیاس ادغام فکر و عمل، مقیاس افسردگی اضطراب تنیدگی، پرسشنامه وسواس فکری عملی بازنگری شده، و پرسشنامه باورهای وسواسی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که وسواس مذهبی – اخلاقی با نمره کل نشانه های وسواس فکری- عملی، باورهای وسواسی، و ادغام فکر و عمل رابطه ای معنادار دارد. همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون نتایج نشان داد که در بین زیر مقیاس های متغیرهای یادشده، اضطراب و سبک شناختی اهمیت افکار/کنترل افکار دارای بیشترین قدرت پیش بینی تغییرپذیری نمرات وسواس مذهبی اخلاقی اند. تشابهات و تفاوت های نتایج تحقیق حاضر با یافته های پژوهش های مشابه انجام شده روی نمونه های مسیحی مورد بحث قرار گرفت. همچنین نتایج پژوهش در چهارچوب نظریه های شناختی – رفتاری راچمن و سالکووسکیس و نیز با درنظر گرفتن ویژگی های مبتلایان به وسواس مذهبی– اخلاقی در ایران و برخی باورهای ناکارآمد وابسته به فرهنگ و مذهب مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت.

صفحات 61-68مقدمهیکی از روش های بهبود کیفیت زندگی حذف موانع فرا روی آن است. خود ناتوان سازی یکی از شکل های مشکل زای رفتار است که بررسی تاثیر آن بر کیفیت زندگی اهمیت دارد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه خودناتوان سازی با کیفیت زندگی کودکان دبستانی است.روشنمونه پژوهش شامل 365 دانش آموزان مدارس ابتدایی (154 پسر و 211 دختر) بود که به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه های کیفیت زندگی (کید اسکرین، 52 سوالی) و خودناتوان سازی (میدگلی و اردن، 2001) بوده است.یافته هانتایج نشان داد که از بین ابعاد کیفیت زندگی، 03/0 بهزیستی جسمی، 03/0 بهزیستی روانی، 02/0 خلق، 06/0 خودپنداره، 01/0 استقلال، 02/0 رابطه با والدین، 07/0 حمایت اجتماعی، 007/0 منابع مالی و 02/0 محیط مدرسه، پیش بینی کننده ی خودناتوان سازی بوده اند.نتیجه گیریبا توجه به تاثیرات منفی خودناتوان سازی و ارتباط آن با حیطه تحصیلی و کیفیت زندگی، شناسایی دانش آموزان خودناتوان ساز و کمک مشاوره ای به آنها می تواند مفید باشد.کلیدواژگان: خودناتوان سازی، کیفیت زندگی، کودک

صفحات 69-77هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثر بخشی درمان فراشناختی بر کاهش افسردگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود. در این پژوهش ازطرح تک موردی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان است که در زمان انجام مطالعه تحت درمان تکمیلی پرتو درمانی قرار دارند. شرکت کنندگان پژوهش با استفاده از روش «نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف» انتخاب شدند. نمونه ها از بین بیماران مراجعه کننده به بخش آنکولوژی بیمارستان امام حسین (ع) تهران انتخاب شدند. از بین افردی که برای شرکت در جلسات درمانی آمادگی داشتند با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج تعداد 3 نفر به مطالعه دعوت شدند. مداخله به مدت 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای یک بار در هفته برای هر فرد به صورت جداگانه اجرا شد. برای سنجش آزمودنی ها از پرسشنامه های افسردگی بک، پرسشنامه سبک پاسخ دهی نشخواری و مقیاس باورهای فراشناختی افسردگی استفاده شد. پس از جمع اوری داده ها محاسبه درصد بهبودی نشان داد بیشترین درصد بهبودی در افسردگی برابر با 56% و کمترین درصد 37% می باشد. در نشخوار فکری بیشترین درصد بهبودی 35% و کمترین درصد 21% بوده است. بیشترین درصد بهبودی در مقیاس باورهای فراشناختی افسردگی نیز 87% و کمترین درصد 58% بوده است. به طور کلی نتایج نشان می دهد که درمان فراشناختی باعث کاهش نمرات افسردگی(در مقیاس بک)، نشخوار فکری و باورهای فراشناختی افسردگی شده است و این اثربخشی برای هر سه آزمودنی در مرحله پیگیری پایدار بوده است. بر اساس این نتایج می توان از درمان فراشناختی برای کاهش افسردگی و نشخوار فکری در زنان مبتلا به سرطان استفاده نمود.

Exploring Relationship between Mental Disorders and Coping Strategies in Patients with Breast CancerPages 1-8ObjectiveBreast cancer as a most common invasive cancer in women, provoking mental disorders for patients. To adjust with this situation, patients use kind of coping style. In present study, we aimed to determine the relationship between mental disorders and coping style in women with breast cancer.MethodsThis research was a correlational study. 127 women among all women with breast cancer who were referred to health centers in the city of Kermanshah randomly selected. To estimate psychological distress, DASS- 42 questionnaire, and coping strategies Billings and Moos questionnaire (1981) are used. Interactive effects were assessed by using the spss 17.Resultsresults show that there are significant positive relationships between anxiety, stress and depression with avoidance coping strategy. And high level of anxiety and depression provoking emotion coping strategy.The results of the stepwise regression showed that depression and stress are suitable predictors of avoiding coping style whereas to predict emotion coping strategy, stress and anxiety are valid.ConclusionMental disorders can be one of the important factors in characterize of coping style. Therefore our result demonstrates the importance of mental disorders on coping style in breast cancer.Keywords: Mental disorders, Coping strategy, Breast cancer

Pages 11-22ObjectiveIn recent years, interpersonal relationships have become more complex and increasing number of people suffers from seclusion and loneliness. Early maladaptive schemas (EMSs), important cognitive structures, are expected to have a profound effect on interpersonal relationships. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between EMSs and interpersonal problems among university students.MethodsThis study was a cross-sectional correlational study. A total of 150 female students selected using snowball sampling method out of Rasht universities and completed the Short Form of Young Schema Questionnaire (SF-YSQ) and the 64-item Inventory of Interpersonal Problems (IIP-32). For data analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient test and stepwise regression were administered. SPSS-20 was used for statistical analysis.ResultsResults showed positive significant correlations between EMSs’ domains, especially the domains of disconnection/rejection and impaired autonomy and performance with interpersonal problems.ConclusionGiven the important role of EMSs in interpersonal relationships, and the significant role of interpersonal relationships in psychological adjustment, further investigations on this field seem necessary.Keywords: Early maladaptive schemas, Interpersonal problems, Iranian university students

Pages 23-30The purpose of this study was to examine the role of parenting styles in predicting behavioral and emotional problems in adolescents.MethodsThis study is a descriptive, cross sectional, and correlation research. All students enrolled in the first grade in boys’ guidance school of District 3 in Tehran city and their parents constituted the population. One hundred and eighty participants comprising 60 adolescents (boys) and their parents participated in the study. Convenience sampling method was used for recruiting these participants. Parents completed Baumrind’s Parenting Styles Questionnaire (PSQ; Baumrind, 1972) and students responded to the Seattle Personality Questionnaire for Children (SPQC; Greenberg & Kusche, 1990). A stepwise regression analysis was utilized to address the prediction power of Behavioral and emotional problemsResultsThe results indicated that authoritarian style in fathers is associated with depression, as well as behavioral and emotional problems (total score). However, the authoritarian style in mothers is related to anxiety, depression, as well as behavioral and emotional problems (total score). Moreover, permissiveness in mothers is associated with conduct problems.ConclusionThe results are consistent with the results of previous studies stressing the role of parents in predicting children’s behavioral-emotional problems.Keywords: Adolescence, Behavioral, emotional problems, Parenting styles, Parents

Pages 31-38ObjectiveThe present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of group Triple-P on the relationships of mother-child with ID (Intellectual Disability).MethodsIn this semi-experimental study with pretest and posttest design by control group, Parent-Child Relationship Scale (PCRS) was determined in 40 random clustering selected mothers of children with ID before and after the intervention. The aim of the scale was to obtain information with regard to emotional aspects such as conflict, closeness, dependency, and positive relationship. The mothers were randomly assigned in experimental and control group with equal numbers. Experimental group participated in 8 sessions (each session lasts for 60 minutes; twice a week) and were trained by Triple-P, but control group did not. Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was used for analyzing the data by using SPSS software (version 16, SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL).ResultsThere were significant differences between experimental and control group with respect to emotional aspects such as conflict, closeness, dependency, and positive relationship as a whole after participation in intervention sessions (P<0.001).ConclusionThere was a significant decrease in conflict and increase in closeness, dependency, and positive relationship in experimental group. Pages 39-46ObjectiveAlexithymia is recognized as a disability in explaining or understanding emotions and manifests at emotional and functional levels. This study was conducted with the aim of clarifying the role of early maladaptive schemas and attachment style in alexithymia disorder.MethodsThis research was a correlational study. In this study, 220 students of Tabriz University were selected by stratified random sampling. Then,The Toronto Alexithymia Scale questionnaire (TAS-20), Adult Attachment Questionnaire (AAQ) of Hazan and Shaver, and the Young Schema Questionnaire-Short Form (YSQ-SF) were conducted to them. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simultaneous regression analysis. Statistical analysis were performed using the SPSS 20.ResultsThe results showed that components of early maladaptive schemas, ‘Impaired Autonomy’ and ‘Over-vigilance’ and among attachment styles, avoidance could positively predict the alexithymia.ConclusionAccordingly, early maladaptive schemas and attachment style are essential to predict and treat people with alexithymia.Keywords: Alexithymia, Attachment style, Early maladaptive schemas

Pages 47-60ObjectiveThis research aimed to study the relationship between scrupulosity and obsessivecompulsive symptoms as well as obsessive-compulsive-related cognitive styles (obsessive beliefs and thought-action fusion).MethodsThis was a correlational study. The study population included all individuals who referred to counseling centers of Tehran from August to December 2010 and diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder, and also all Persian speakers with OCD who were active in internet from August to November 2012. A total of 30 individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (mostly Iranian Muslims) were recruited from different psychological counseling centers in Tehran. In addition, 50 individuals with OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) were recruited via internet social networks. For screening, we used Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised (OCI-R). Convenience method was used for the sampling. In order to collect data, Penn Inventory of Scrupulosity (PIOS), Thought-Action Fusion Scale (TAF), Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21), Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised (OCI-R), and Obsessive Beliefs Questionnaire (OBQ) were administered. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. SPSS version 18 was used for data analysis.ResultsResults showed that there were significant relationships between scrupulosity and obsessive-compulsive symptoms total score (r=0.275, P<0.05); also scrupulosity and obsessive beliefs (r=0.558, P<0.01); and scrupulosity and thought-action fusion (r=0.506, P<0.01). Results also revealed that the variations in scrupulosity scores could be best predicted by ‘anxiety’ and ‘Importance and Control of Thoughts.’ Scrupulosity is a subtype of OCD and is obsessive in nature.ConclusionAs explained by cognitive-behavioral theories of religious OCD, scrupulosity is closely related to the ‘Importance of Thoughts and Controlling Thoughts,’ as well as moral and probability ‘Thought-action Fusion.’ The results were in accordance with the findings of comparable studies on Christian samples. Pages 61-68ObjectiveOne way of improving the quality of life is to eliminate its barriers. Selfhandicapping is a form of problematic behavior, which investigating its effect on the quality of life is of great importance. The present study aimed to examine the relationship of selfhandicapping with the quality of life in primary students.MethodsThis research is a correlational that condoucted on students of grades 3 to 5 in elementary schools of Zahedan. It included 365 primary students (154 boys and 211 girls) that were selected using stratified random sampling method. Research tools were questionnaires of KIDSCREEN-52 quality of life (2005) (KQoL) and self-handicapping (2001) (SH). Correlation Pearson and regression analysis were used by SPSS/16 for statistical analyses.ResultsThe findings indicated that among components of quality of life, physical wellbeing (0.03), psychological well-being (0.03), negative mood (0.03), self-perception (0.03), autonomy (0.01), parents’ relationship (0.02), social support (0.07), financial resource (0.007), and efficiency in school environment (0.02) were predicators of self-handicapping.ConclusionsConsidering negative effects of self-handicapping and its relation with academic achievement and quality of life, identifying self-handicapped students and helping them using a consultant can be useful.Keywords: Self, handicapping, Quality of life, Children

Pages 69-77ObjectiveThis study aimed to examine the effectiveness of metacognitive therapy on decreasing depression in women with breast cancer. A single-case design was employed in this research.MethodsAn AB form of single-subject experimental design was used in this study with 3 baselines (every 10 days) before intervention stage and two measurements during intervention stage and one follow-up (after two month). Our statistical population was chosen from women who had referred to radiotherapy department of Imam Hussein Hospital in Tehran. Out of them, 3 patients whose age range was 20 to 55 years, with non-metastatic tumor, no prior history of psychiatric disorders before cancer, scored >20 (moderate depression) by Beck Depression Inventory, were selected through purposeful sampling. Intervention included 8 sessions of 60 minutes of metacognitive therapy once a week, which has been designed to suit of the patients with specific needs. Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Ruminative Response Scale (RRS), and Depression Metacognitive Beliefs Scale (DMB-S) were employed to collect the data.ResultsThe result of the analysis showed that the highest level of improvement in depression was 56% and the lowest level was 37%. In addition, the highest percentage of improvement in ‘thought rumination’ was 35%, while the lowest percentage of improvement was 21%. Finally, the highest percentage of improvement in ‘depression metacognitive beliefs’ was 87%, whereas the lowest percentage was 58%. In summary, the results indicated that metacognitive therapy would result in decrease of depression scores (in BDI scale), ‘thought rumination’ and ‘depression metacognitive beliefs’ (in DMB scale) and this effectiveness was persistent after two months follow-up.ConclusionIt seems that metacognitive therapy can help women with breast cancer to reduce their depression and ‘thought rumination.’Keywords: Metacognitive therapy, Depression, Breast cancer
