    مقدمه
    اخیرا گرایش محققین علوم بهداشتی به انجام تحقیقات کیفی افزایش یافته است. ماهیت مسائل اخلاقی در تحقیقات کیفی بسیار ظریف بوده و با سایر تحقیقات متفاوت می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف روشن ساختن مفهوم اخلاق در پژوهش های کیفی، و شناخت بیشتر ویژگی ها و پیشایندها و پسایندهای آن انجام شده است.
    روش
    این مطالعه با رویکرد تحلیل مفهوم تحولی راجرز انجام گرفته و متون منتشرشده مرتبط، بدون در نظرگرفتن محدوده زمانی مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفت. پس از انتخاب منابع داده ها، جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها انجام شد و اطلاعات مربوط به ویژگی ها، پیشایندها و پسایندهای مفهوم و همچنین واژه های جایگزین و مرتبط خلاصه و کدبندی گردید.
    یافته ها
    پس از انجام تحلیل مفهوم، ویژگی های اخلاق در پژوهش های کیفی در دو دسته ویژگی های مشترک با سایر انواع پژوهش ها و ویژگی های اختصاصی پژوهش های کیفی طبقه بندی شدند. پیشایندها به صورت آگاهی و مهارت محقق، کدهای اخلاقی، گایدلاین های کمیته اخلاق، دقت مطالعه و رضایت آگاهانه شناسایی شدند. پسایندهای اخلاق در پژوهش های کیفی شامل افزایش استحکام تحقیق، درستی فرآیند تحقیق، حذف و کاهش تنگناهای اخلاقی در حین انجام تحقیقات، کاهش بارکاری کمیته های اخلاق، کنترل هزینه ها، و افزایش دقت و اعتبار تحقیقات کیفی بودند.
    نتیجه گیری
    بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه، می توان تعریفی نظری برای مفهوم اخلاق در پژوهش های کیفی ارائه نمود. نتایج این مطالعه می تواند با واضح سازی مفهوم اخلاق در پژوهش های کیفی و با توجه به این که مفاهیم، بلوک های سازنده تئوری ها هستند، در توسعه مدل و تئوری در این زمینه به محققین کمک نماید.

    مقدمه
    افزایش پیشرونده جمعیت سالمندان با توجه به مشکلات عدیده سلامتی آن ها، موجب معطوف شدن توجه به سلامت این گروه سنی شده است. یکی از بنیادی ترین اصولی که بایستی در مراقبت از سالمندان رعایت شود، کرامت انسانی آن هاست، لذا با توجه به این که برای ارائه مراقبت متناسب با کرامت، لازم است دیدگاه بیماران و پرستاران را در مورد رعایت کرامت انسانی بدانیم تا بر اساس آن سیاستگزاری های لازم انجام گیرد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رعایت کرامت انسانی در مراقبت از سالمندان از دیدگاه پرستاران و بیماران سالمند انجام شد.
    روش
    این پژوهش مطالعه ای توصیفی تحلیلی و مقطعی است که روی 150 پرستار شاغل و 150 بیمار سالمند بستری که به ترتیب به روش سرشماری و نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند، انجام گردید. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در این مطالعه پرسشنامه ای پژوهشگر ساخته مشتمل بر بخش های مشخصات فردی و پرسنلی، اهمیت حفظ کرامت بر بهبودی سالمندان و میزان رعایت موارد مختلف مراقبتی جهت حفظ کرامت انسانی سالمندان بود. داده های به دست آمده پس از ثبت، توسط نرم افزار SPSS 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
    یافته ها
    در خصوص اهمیت رعایت کرامت انسانی، میانگین نمره دیدگاه پرستاران در مراقبت از سالمندان بستری (76/ 1±91/ 9) نسبت به میانگین نمره دیدگاه سالمندان مورد مطالعه (82/ 0±62/ 8)، و در خصوص میزان رعایت کرامت انسانی، میانگین نمره بیماران سالمند بستری در مراقبت (13/ 11±33/ 77) نسبت به میانگین نمره دیدگاه پرستاران (45/ 11±43/ 72) به طور معناداری بیشتر بود (p<0.001). در کل، اکثر افراد مورد مطالعه در دو گروه، میزان رعایت کرامت انسانی سالمندان بستری در حد مناسب گزارش کردند.
    نتیجه گیری
    یافته ها نشان دهنده رعایت مناسب و درخور کرامت انسانی در مراقبت از بیماران سالمند، از دیدگاه خودشان خوب بوده است. بنابراین ترویج احترام به کرامت انسانی در مراقبت از بیماران سالمند به عنوان یک قاعده اخلاقی و فرهنگی توصیه می گردد.

    مقدمه
    رضایت و مشارکت آگاهانه موضوعات انسانی در پژوهش های بالینی، حتی زمانی که احتمال عوارض جانبی وجود ندارد، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است، چراکه رضایت آگاهانه شرکت کنندگان، رابطه سازنده بین محقق و مشارکت کننده را به ارمغان خواهد آورد. این امر به طور بالقوه، سبب افزایش ایمنی مطالعه و بهبود نتایج مطلوب آن گردیده و اثرات جانبی و احساس اجبار و ناراحتی شرکت کنندگان را به حداقل می رساند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی موثرترین روش های مداخله، جهت بهبود میزان درک شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش از رضایت آگاهانه، با جستجو در متون پایگاه های داده ده سال اخیر صورت گرفته است.
    روش
    پس از جستجوی هدفمند متون، مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی، طولی و کارآزمائی های با گروه کنترل که حداقل یکی از گروه های کنترل شامل مداخله با روش استاندارد باشد، مرور و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
    یافته ها
    از مجموع 15 مطالعه ای که معیار ورود به پژوهش را داشتند، در پنج مطالعه از فناوری های چندرسانه ای، در چهار مطالعه از فرم های بهبودیافته و یا تعدیل شده و در شش مطالعه از مداخلات آموزشی، بحث و بازخورد اصلاحی استفاده شده بود که از این تعداد به ترتیب چهار، دو و پنج مطالعه، بهبود معنی داری را در درک شرکت کنندگان مطالعه، گزارش داده بودند.
    نتیجه گیری
    می توان نتیجه گرفت، فرایند رضایت آگاهانه بر مبنای اصل اخلاقی اتونومی، زمانی ارزشمند است که پژوهشگر دلسوزانه، موضوعات انسانی را به سوی انتخاب آگاهانه و آزادانه هدایت نماید. برای این منظور آموزش و مشاوره رویاروی، همراه با اختصاص زمان و تعامل بیشتر، و استفاده از روش های چندرسانه ای به ویژه در بیماران دارای ظرفیت کم تر توصیه می گردد.

    مقدمه
    پرستاری از بیماران، یک نیاز اساسی جهت بازگرداندن سلامتی به جامعه است. پرستاری از واجبات کفایی دین است و در گروی داشتن اطلاعات علمی همراه با ضمانت اجرایی و داشتن وجدانی آگاه، اخلاقی انسانی و اسلامی است. این پژوهش با هدف جستجوی مفهوم پرستاری در متون اسلامی انجام شده است.
    روش
    این مطالعه کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا در راستای جستجوی مفهوم پرستاری در متون اسلامی است. بدین منظور مستندات و متون اسلامی از جمله قرآن کریم، نهج البلاغه، احادیث و وبگاه های پارسی داگ، هدابلاگ، ایگنا، نورمگ، پرواز، یاسین و همچنین وبگاه های عربی زبان معتبر غررالحکم، اصول کافی و قرب الاسناد از سال 1370 تا سال 1391 با واژه های کلیدی پرستیدن، پرستار، مراقبت، جستجو و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. عباراتی که این واژه ها را داشتند به صورت واحدهای معنایی انتخاب شده و به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی ضمنی و آشکار مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
    یافته ها
    در بررسی متون اسلامی، تعداد 453 واحد معنایی استخراج شد. در روند تحلیل داده ها و استخراج زیرطبقات، طبقات و درون مایه ها، تعداد 56 زیرطبقه، 14 طبقه و 4 درون مایه استخراج شد. درون مایه های استخراج شده شامل «موازین اخلاقی» [(7 طبقه) با نام های «اخلاق»، «مهربانی و همدلی»، «فروتنی و احترام به بیمار»، «نیکوکاری»، «صبر و پایداری»، «تقوا و بخشش»]، «توانمندی» [(3 طبقه) با نام های «شایستگی»، «آگاهی، مسوولیت پذیری» و «تعهد»]، «مراقبت ایمن» [(3 طبقه) با نام های «مراقبت»، «رفع نیاز ایمنی» و «ایمنی در مراقبت»] و «ارتباط» بود.
    نتیجه گیری
    یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که پرستاری حرفه ای مقدس است که باید در بستر فرهنگی و اسلامی بر اساس رعایت موازین اخلاقی، توانمندی بالا، با ارائه مراقبت های ایمن و داشتن ارتباط موثر با همکاران و بیماران انجام شود. بنابراین آموزش این مفهوم از دیدگاه اسلام به دانشجویان پرستاری و آموزش ضمن خدمت آن به پرستاران بالین، به منظور بسترسازی مفهوم پرستاری از دیدگاه اسلام توصیه می گردد.

    مقدمه
    تنیدگی اخلاقی به دلیل اثرات نامطلوبی نظیر احساس ناکامی وگناه، عدم امنیت، ترس، دلسردی و افسردگی در پرستاران می تواند بر شخصیت و عملکرد حرفه ای آنان تاثیر بگذارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان تنیدگی اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی، در سال 1393 انجام شده است.
    روش
    این پژوهش، یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است که بر روی 200 نفر از پرستاران شاغل انتخاب شده به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انجام شده است. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه دیسترس اخلاقی کورلی و برای تجزیه تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار 21 SPSS استفاده گردید.
    یافته ها
    میزان تنیدگی اخلاقی پرستاران در سطح متوسط گزارش شد. میانگین تنیدگی اخلاقی در حیطه خطاهای حرفه ای، بالاتر از دیگر حیطه ها بود. بین تنیدگی اخلاقی و ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی پرستاران ارتباط آماری معنی داری مشاهده نشد. (05/ 0نتیجه گیری
    با توجه به سطح تنیدگی متوسط در پرستاران شرکت کننده در مطالعه، مدیران سازمانی و پرستاری باید ساختارهایی طراحی کنند که شرایط استرس کاری پرستاران را کاهش داده و از پرستارانی که تنیدگی اخلاقی رنج می برند، حمایت نمایند. تلاش برای کاهش بیشتر میزان تنیدگی اخلاقی در پرستاران و بررسی سایر عوامل اثرگذار توصیه می گردد.

    مقدمه
    حمایت از بیماران یکی از مفاهیم اخلاقی اساسی مطرح در مراقبت پرستاری است که برخی از ویژگی های پرستاران بر آن تاثیر مهمی دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط میزان قاطعیت پرستاران با نقش حمایتی آنان، در بیمارستان های آموزشی، وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند، در سال 1393 انجام شده است.
    روش
    در مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی حاضر، 248 پرستار از شش بیمارستان آموزشی واقع در سطح استان خراسان جنوبی که به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای، تصادفی شده انتخاب شدند، شرکت داشتند. داده ها توسط فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه حمایت های حفاظتی هنکس (2008 م.) و پرسشنامه قاطعیت ابداع شده توسط توسط بیگلی و گلاکن (2004 م.) جمع آوری شدند. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 16 در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل گردید.
    یافته ها
    اکثریت پرستاران شرکت کننده در این مطالعه دارای نمره حمایت متوسط (7/ 90 درصد) و قاطعیت متوسط (8/ 86 درصد) بودند. بین نمره حمایت کل پرستاران و نمره قاطعیت گزارش شده توسط آنان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت (p=0.02، r=0.15). میانگین نمره کلی حمایت پرستار و برخی مولفه های آن در پرستاران با سابقه آموزش اخلاق به طور معناداری بیشتراز پرستاران بدون سابقه بود (05/ 0>P).
    نتیجه گیری
    یافته ها پیشنهادکننده، طراحی برنامه هایی با هدف ارتقای قاطعیت و اخلاق حرفه ای برای پرستاران می باشد.

    حقیقت گویی از فضایل اخلاقی است که در آیات قرآنی و احادیث اسلامی بر آن تاکید شده، آثار دنیوی و اخروی فراوانی برای آن برشمرده شده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر آن است که با واکاوی منابع اسلامی و متون اخلاق زیست پزشکی، ضمن دستیابی به مفهوم حقیقت گویی در این دو نظام اخلاقی، نقاط اشتراک و تفاوت های آن ها را در روایی اخلاقی حقیقت گویی و انتقال اطلاعات لازم، کافی یا درست به بیماران بررسی نماید.
    حقیقت گویی ارزشی است که هم آموزه های اخلاقی اسلام و هم اصول اخلاق حرفه ای هر دو بر آن پافشاری دارند. به گونه ای که 98% از پزشکان، رویه راستگویی به بیماران را به عنوان یک قاعده اخلاقی در پیش گرفته، خود را ملزم به گفتن حقیقت به بیماران می دانند.
    با این وجود، تزاحم دو اصل ضررنرسانی و خودمختاری سبب شده است که در برخی از موارد پزشک خود را ملزم به حقیقت گویی به بیمار بداند و در برخی موارد دیگر، به دلیل آسیب ندیدن بیمار، ضمن خودداری از دادن اطلاعات درست به وی، خانواده و نزدیکان او را از حقیقت بیماری آگاه سازند، اما تغییر جهت به سوی دیدگاه دوم و حرکت به سوی افزایش توانمندی و آگاهی فردی برای تصمیم گیری آگاهانه، مبتنی بر خودمختاری قابل مشاهده است.

      Introduction
      Recently, the tendency of health sciences researchers to conduct qualitative researches has increased. The nature of ethical issues in qualitative researches is subtle and different. The aim of this study is clarifying the concept of ethics in qualitative researches and more understanding about its attributes, antecedents and consequences.
      Method
      Rodger's evolutionary method of concept analysis was used in this study, and published related literature was retrieved regardless of their time limit. After selecting data sources, collection and analysis of data was carried out and information about the features, antecedents and consequences of concept as well as surrogate and related terms were summarized and encoded.
      Results
      After the concept analysis, ethics attributes in qualitative research were classified in two categories of common attributes with other types of research and special attributes of qualitative research. The antecedents were identified as the knowledge and skills of researcher, codes of ethics, and guidelines of ethics committee, research accuracy and informed consent. The consequences of qualitative research ethics included strength of research, increasing the integrity of the research process, reducing moral dilemmas during the research, reducing workload of the ethics committee, controlling the costs, and increasing the reliability and validity of qualitative research.
      Conclusion
      Based on findings, we can offer the theoretical definition for the concept of ethics in qualitative research. The results of this study could clarify the concept of ethics in qualitative research and so, given theoretical concepts as building blocks of theories would help scientists to develop models and theories in this context.

      Introduction
      Progressive increase in the elderly population causes more attention to the health of this age group, because of their numerous health problems. Regardless of whether the provided interventions are physical or psychosocial, one of the basic principles of caring for elder people is to uphold their dignity. Regarding to the importance of elderly patients, and nurses viewpoints about human dignity in providing dignified care, this study was conducted to assessing respect for human dignity in caring for older adults in perspective of nurses and elderly patients.
      Methods
      This is a cross-sectional study on 150 nurses and 150 elderly patients who were selected by census and convenient sampling, respectively. Data collection tool included a researchermade questionnaire consisted of demographic information, assessment the importance of and providing dignified care to hospitalized elderly patients. The obtained data were analyzed using software SPSS 16 after registration.
      Results
      According to the findings, although, the mean score of nurses viewpoint about the importance of providing dignified care for elderly patients (9.91±1.76) was higher than the elders’ viewpoint (8.62±0.82), but relating the respect for elderly patient's dignity, the mean score of patients viewpoint(77.33±11.13) was significantly, higher than nurses (72.43±11.45) point of view (p<0.001). Generally, most of the subjects in the two groups reported appropriate respecting for human dignity in elderly patients.
      Conclusion
      The findings confirmed the appropriate respecting for human dignity in the care of elderly patients, in perspective of nurses and patients. Thus, promoting respect for human dignity in the care of elderly patients is recommended as an ethical and cultural rule.

      Introduction
      Informed consent and participation of human subjects in clinical studies, even when there is no adverse effects, is important, so, it leads to constructive relationship between the physician and the client. Potentially, this improves the safety of the study and favorable outcomes, and minimizes side effects and feeling of coercion and discomfort in participants. The aim of this research was to identify the effective interventions to improve research participants’ understanding of informed consent trough search in databases from 2003 to 2013.
      Methods
      Clinical, longitudinal trials and trials by control group with at least one control group reviewed and compared.
      Results
      From total of 15 studies that has inclusion criteria, we utilized multimedia interventions in 5 studies, enhanced consent forms in 4 studies and educational interventions, debates and corrective feedback in 6 studies. From these studies 4, 2 and 5 studies reported significant improvement in participants’ understanding, respectively.
      Conclusion
      So, the process of informed consent based on ethical principle of respect for Autonomy is valuable, when the researcher conducts human subjects to free and informed choice, compassionately. For this reason, education and face-to-face counseling, regarding more time and interaction, and use of multimedia methods especially in patients with lower capacity is recommended.

      Introduction
      Nursing is a basic need to restore the health to the community. It is a religious obligation depends on having sufficient scientific data associated with the enforcement and ethical, human, Islamic aware conscience. This study is aimed to find nursing concept in Islamic literature.
      Methods
      This study is qualitative content analysis in order to finding nursing concept in Islamic literature. So we searched documents and Islamic literature such as Quran, Nahjolbalagheh, traditions and many websites such as Parsidog, Hodablog, Iqna, Noormag, Parvaz, Yasin and Arabic sites such as Ghorarolhekam, Osoole Kafi, Ghorbol-asnad from 1370 to1391 with keywords such as worship, nurse and care. Phrases that had these words were selected as semantic units and were studied in implicit and explicit qualitative content analysis.
      Results
      Firstly, 453 meaning units in Islamic literatures were extracted. During the process of data analysis and subcategories, categories and themes extraction, 56 subcategories, 14 categories and 4 themes were extracted. Extracted themes included “ethical standard” (7 categories) with names “ethics”, “kindness and empathy”, “humility and respect to the patient”, “charity”, “patience and persistence”, “endurance and piety opening”. “empowerment” (3 categories) with names “merit”, “knowledge”, “commitment and accountability”, “Safe care” (3 categories) with names “care”, “removing need care”, “safe care and relationship”.
      Conclusion
      the findings show nursing is a holly profession must be performed in cultural and Islamic context based on ethical standards, high ability by providing safe care and efficient relationships with colleagues and patients. So, we recommended teaching this concept to the students, and also clinical nurses through retraining programs in order to Strengthening of nursing concept from view point of Islam.

      Introduction
      Moral distress due to adverse effects such as disappointment and feeling sin, insecurity, fear, discouragement and depression in nurses can effect on their professional characteristic and operation. This study was carried out with the aim of determining the rate of moral distress in employed nurses of dependent training hospitals to Shahid Beheshti University of medical sciences, in 2014.
      Method
      This cross-sectional descriptive study was done on 200 employed nurses selected by random sampling method. We used Corley moral distress questionnaire for data gathering. Data analyzed by SPSS V.21software.
      Results
      The level of ethical distress was average. Average distress in the field of professional mistakes were upper than other fields. Findings revealed that there wasn’t any significant relationship between demographic characteristics of nurses and their moral distress (P>0/05).
      Conclusion
      Regarding to average level of moral distress in participant nurses, institutional and nursing managers should design structures to decreasing nurses’ moral distress and support nurses who suffer from moral distress. So, efforts to decreasing nurses’ moral distress and study of other influencing factors are suggested.

      Background
      Advocacy is a highly essential concept in nursing care. Some characteristics of nurses are considered among influencing factors on their patient advocacy attitude and practice. This descriptive - analytical study aimed to assess the relationship between assertiveness and patient advocacy among nurses working in the six educational hospitals affiliated to Birjand University of Medical Science located in the Southern Khorasan Province, in 2014.
      Methods
      In this study, 248 nurses were selected via randomized stratified sampling. Data were collected using demographic characteristics form, Hanks’s Protective Nursing Advocacy Scale (PNAS) (2008) and Assertiveness Questionnaire developed by Begley and Glacken (2004). Data were analyzed in SPSS (version 16) using descriptive and analytic statistical tests.
      Results
      The results show the majority of participants (90.7%) had a moderate level of advocacy. Also, most of the participants (86.8%) reported moderate levels of assertiveness. There was a positive significant association between participants’ advocacy total scores and their scores on assertiveness questionnaire (p=0.02, r=0.15). The total mean score of advocacy and some of its components were significantly higher in the nurses who had a history of participation in the ethical education programs than those who had not such a history (p<0.05).
      Conclusion
      The findings suggest programs be designed to improve assertiveness and professional ethics among nurses.

      Truthfullness is one of the moral virtues that has been emphasized in the Quran verses, and Islamic traditions, with accounting spiritual and material effects. The aim of this study is analyzing of the Islamic sources and biomedical ethics texts for this concept and comparing of their similarities and differences of its moral validity to transfer of the necessary and adequate or right information to the patients. Truthfulness is a value both in ethical teachings of Islam and in professional medical ethics. So, 98% of physicians obey this moral rule. However, it may cause a conflict between the principles of non-maleficence and autonomy. So, depending on the case, physician may tell the truth to the patient or only to her or his family in the sake of do not harm the patient. But the turning the direction to the second and proceeding enhanced individual capacity and knowledge to make informed decision, based on self-determination is visible.
