The role of religious beliefs in management

Since compilation of human sciences has direct relation with the worldview of individuals and the schools of thought, everyone and the each of the schools of thought expanding a part of “management”, put their opinions and notions in that process. Hence if our worldview toward the existence, human beings and management is designed and labeled in accordance to the holy Quran, the management would be transformed and evolved. The Holy Quran’s standpoint in respect to the existence is that the creation and legislative orders are in a complete harmony. So if one moves against the regulations making no difference it should be of Takwin or legislative world, the existential order does not accompany him and he would encounter difficulties. Now if an organization with a particular management starts moving against the existential regulations, the result is something clear-cut and obvious. Human beings from the holy Quran’s perspective is of the best creatures and most dignified ones holding two material and spiritual aspects. Each of these two dimensions requires some certain needs that satisfying one of them do not make us needless of answering to other. The manager should also be aware of the existential rules and sophisticated existence of human being and his needs so that he has to have a successful management. For if he does not know the prevailing regulations of the existence and human characteristics and should be fully unaware of how to bring balance, then he has just brought catastrophe as we see in those countries that put aside the prophetic instructions. This management is a trust that should be bestowed upon whom he deserves; on that account the managers either directly is introduced by Allah, the wise, or the yardsticks of electing them is stated by Him.
