The health، is the basic part of the society welfare and it depends on the social and economical factors more than medical and nursing meditations. Yet، social health as one of the humanhealth dimensions can be affected by social and economical factors more than medical and nursing meditations. according to this bases، this study is going to assessment the leisure spenting quality relationship as one of the social factors and social health. The main goal of this study is to evaluating and studying leisure spenting qualify relationship to social health. This study done by using survey method. and multi level eventual sampling with 235sample value among youngs (15-29) years old in town of bostanabad. The results of this study shows that the social health rate among statisticalsociety was “in average” and there are meaningful relationship and direct and positively correlation between leisure satisfication rate (r = /294) (sign=0/000) to leisure spenting qualify by the social leisures (r=0/350) (sign=0/000) and actual physical methods. The relationshipbetween leisure spenting qualify to art and thouthful leisures by the social health was not meaningful either. The conclusions of this excisting study shows that the social health rate in the case statistical society was “in average”. Satisfication rate of the leisure and leisure spenting has positive effection on the social health throughout physical – actual and social activities either.
