Aesthetic Rhetorical Deviation in the Qur anic Iyronies
Ironies are of literariness factors and style markers in the Holy Qur’an. By making use of semantic deviation, they advance an ordinary language to the literary level. Consequently, ironies give the speech a semantic load, aestheticism and an inspiring aspect to deepen contemplation. The irony is a method expresses the meaning that differs the deep structure to the surface; the reader finds the difference between surface and depth. In other words, there are two levels of meaning in one expression: a superficial level, and disappear level, and the reader recognizes the inconsistency between them and reach to the desired meaning. Following a descriptive-analytical approach, this article clarifies the aesthetic aspects of the Qur’anic Ironies concerning disbelievers on their different positions. In order to avoid misundrestanding, it shall be mentioned that ironies in the Qur’an is not logical paradoxes, but it is one of the components of literariness and tecnical illustration mechanisms. Irony has been influented by the factors in the Qur’anic aesthetic which are defamiliarization, conciseness, foregrounding of the word and meaning, truth, fear and mocking.
