Teacher s EmpowermentComponents from IslamicApproach and Management Knowledge

Abstract:
This article has been tried to study Teacher's empowerment components from Islamic approach and management knowledge. Considering teachers role and function in human’s education in cognitive, emotional and artificial qualifications extracts teachers empowering component from Islam's approach with descriptive- qualitative method and qualitative research and comparative between two approach has been done.From Islam's approach these qualifications are cognitive, emotional and artificial qualifications in teaching profession that each of the qualifications has sub- components. likewise, indecision in components of each two compasses demonstrates that, there is a fundamental difference in concepts of empowered teacher and management knowledge from Islam's approach. In management knowledge, this is a psychological concept and a state of mind that return to her/his self- belief and self-abilities. Whereas in Islamic culture this concept depends on physical and spiritual elements that in the case of realization of those components in people, then they are empowered in their job and professions.These are genesis and evaluated with person and in social and individual situations.
