Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Learning among Staffs of Education Offices in Moghan Townships

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Learning among staffs of Education Offices in Moghan townships in 2011. Statistical population for the research consisted of all 170 staffs and a statistical sample of 118 staffs was randomly selected by use of Morgan’s table. Standard questionnaire of Siberia shirnk Emotional Intelligence, and Researcher’s Organizational Learning whit 0/76, 0/89 reliability, were used for collecting data. Five hypotheses were examined by use of Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwised Multiple Regression. The results showed that there was meaningful relationship between Emotional Intelligence & Organizational Learning among staffs in the study. Results of using multiple regression showed that across 4 indicators of Emotional Intelligence, only relationship management was an appropriate predicator for Organizational Learning.
