Analyzing the moral doctrines in Iranian organizations with a specific attitudes toward universities

Abstract:
Aim
Establishing moral doctrines is one of the methods in developing ethics in universities and other organizations. the centerpiece of the following article is to analyze the components of moral doctrine in Iranian organizations and study the values and ethics in moral doctrines considering the beneficiaries and endorsees.
Method
The moral doctrines of 114 organizations are studied based on content analyzes and their levels and details are defined and analyzed.
Results
Stability, relevance and justifiability of the research in confirmed by Scott and formal method.
Conclusion
The author of the article concludes that the beneficiaries, which are more considered, are community, staff, customers and organization. The most developed concepts and definitions in moral doctrines are respectively: customer orienting, religious concepts, organizational development and goals, moral values, staff affaires and progress in society.
