Rating the Effective Deployment Constituents of Knowledge Management System (Iran Police Research Sampling)

Knowledge management system effective deployment requires coordination and effective relation among structure constituents، organization، and organization culture، human resource، leadership، technology and also knowledge oriented process in organization. The main purpose of this research is to prioritize each constituent based on freedman test. This is an applied research and questionnaire is used for data collection. Research statistical population consisted of police staff employed personnel in Tehran among whom 150 people were studied as sample. By rating significance of knowledge management system deployment constituents finally human resource index occupied first priority and organization culture، leadership، process، technology، structure and organization indexes occupied the next priorities respectively.
