Effective Factors Appraisal Model in Successful Execution of Organization Resource Planning in Organizations

Organization resource planning systems is the latest management tools that can collect available information in organization using information technology in all organization activities domains in a unified and integrative manner and provide the results for organization different levels users and in many cases resulted in organization effectiveness improvement. Since the successful execution of these systems are complex and expensive and provide many benefits for organization، initiation of them without necessary readiness can destroy organization. The research method is analytical from descriptive types. It is an applied research. It is also field centered namely major part of information is collected from experts through interview and questionnaires. Since the successful execution of human resource planning is significance، a model is introduced to help organizations. Therefore by studying similar researches and using specialists and experts’ views، effective factors in establishment and successful execution of organization resource planning in organization identified and after weighing the factors، a model is suggested to execute successfully organization resource planning to enhance effectiveness in organization. The identified factors in this research are management factors، process factors and factors related to human resource and technology.
