Abstract:
Police is an organization with impact on society. Increasing perceived security and decreasing crime in socity provide a proper infrastructure for advancement. So, identifying factors influencing police performance is an important issue. Nowadays, Knowledge orientation has been extended from private sector to public sector and viewed as a new policing approach. The main purpose of this paper is to identify the effects of Knowledge orientation on police (NAJA) performance dimensions. The main goal of this research is being applicable and the way of data gathering is explanatory model.statistical society of the research is whole police leaderships of staff and state and the researcher has analyzed the chosen persons based on sampling schedule of Jersy and Morgan. Also, he has used questionnaire as a tool for data gathering. The results of this research show that knowledge orientation has the influential impact on police performance especially on human capital dimension. Moreover, “being informed” is the most important component of knowledge orientation of police which should be noticed with main concern.
