Fable and its function in socio - political poem of Ahmad Matar

Allegory is a comprehensive notion in rhetoric and is mainly reflected in didactic literary fame work to raise consciousness about ethical, social, mystics and political notions. An important and widespread type of Allegory is stories about animals which are called fable. Each of those animals and symbols that represent certain segments of society who are moral and behavioral characteristics of the poet's character telling the story. Fable is one of the most regular elements in Ahmad Matar’s poetry who is a poet and critic of contemporary recognized in the Arab world. The poet with the help of the story and a particular skill was able to transport his social and political implications to public and has an important impact on public awareness.This study analyzes the interpretation of symbols and characters in each story and social and political functions, then they will manifests the artistic aspects of the story and its numerous approaches and points that the poet with the processing of the thoughts, feelings and attitudes of the main character is well shown. In the narrative approach, since the story is very concise and short mostly positive (descriptive) approach is used and converse like the story has a special place. Of artistic aspect, the poet in these stories has benefited of all types of norms, deviation, irony, and defamiliarization and makes use of different character style processing.
