The Role of Human Resource Management in Facilitating Organizational Innovation through the Development of Employees Knowledge

Continuous changes in business environment has created challenges for human resource management. One of the strategies employed to deal with these challenges is the use of knowledge management capabilities and creation of innovation in organizations. Thus this paper aims to review the role of human resource management directly and through knowledge management on organizational innovation. The research method used was survey and the method for gathering data is the questionnaire and the statistical population of this study is Research & Development staff based in Parsian Bank. Therefore, seven hypotheses have been formulated. Results that all hypotheses are confirmed. Finally, according research findings, some suggestions are presented to the scientific community and the organization.
