Feasibility study on outsourcing some duties of detection police and its relationship with employee's efficiency

The objective of this study is providing a feasibility study onoutsourcing some duties of detection police and its relationship with police employees’ efficiency. In order to provide the efficiency together with rendering the appropriate service to the client and empowerment of organizations, outsourcing is assumed as an efficient tool for increasing the performance and efficiency of an organization’ employees. This study is an applied science which has been applied as a descriptive survey. The opinions of 90 detection polices of Ilam Province as the sampling population have been collected by means of researcher-made questionnaire, and all of which have been sampled. The summary indicates that outsourcing in detection police is possible and some executive duties of detection police may be outsourced. Also, outsourcing causes the increase in performance speed, performance care, quality of performance and accuracy of detection polices’ performance.
