A Descriptive Approach to Indications and Signs of Islamic Management in University

Abstract:
Objectives
The present survey intends to study the sighs and effects of Islamic believes (Islamic indications) on management in Iranian universities as a clear symbol of Islamic university management.
Method
The present study is a basic research in aim and exploring research in method. Data collection is through organized interviews and statistical community includes 30 experts in both Islamic discussions and management and organization with teaching experience in universities. Analyzes of results is content analysis.
Results
The results of the research indicate 135 signs and indicators in Islamic universities which 38 signs are finally recognized after omitting the repeated ones. Observation of the signs and indicators in universities based on Islamic believes is emphasized in interviews.
Conclusion
The results of the present survey show that the signs and effects of Islamic believes and symbols in university management are summarized in 5 categories: organizational culture of Islamic university, programming in Islamic university, physical structure, communication systems and technology, organizational structure.
