The Study of Some Effective Factors on Organization Excellence (Case Study: Mashhad Police Stations)

Organization excellence is among management higher and strong standards at world scene. Organization commitment is also one of organization excellence characteristics. The increase of personnel commitment towards their responsibilities has directly influenced the satisfaction of customers receiving the services and therefore resulted in organization growth, development and excellence. In this research it is attempted to study organization commitment and excellence from different perspectives. This research is done to study the relation between organization commitment and organization excellence in Iran police and also the most related dimension of organization commitment to excellence in this organization is recognized. This is a field research and its locative domain is all police stations in Mashhad that have been active in implementing MAKNA project. Freeman testing, multiple and linear regression, Pearson correlation analysis statistics methods and descriptive statistics such as frequency table were used to analyze the data. The research results indicated that between emotional commitment and organization excellence there is significant and direct relation. While between continuous commitment and normative commitment with organization excellence no relationship is observed.
