Investigating of intra organizational obstacles to doing staffs teamwork using of A.H.P

This research attempts to demonstrate the importance of each obstacle and difficulty of teamwork in view of the scholars and the people who have closely coped with the difficulties of team work by studying the obstacles of doing a team work in cooperative companies. The reason why we choose cooperative companies is that both cooperatives and teams are identified by common cooperation of individuals. This process helps the chooser arrange the priorities according to their own goals, knowledge and experiences in a way that they thoroughly consider their feelings and judgments, too. The viewpoint of administrators especially in steering teams, the view point of chief executive officers and chairman of cooperatives and in in administrative teams the view of sale teams and marketing teams and in suggesting teams work group managers and project managers are used to identify the most important obstacles and to sort out all the impediments of doing a teamwork.
