Challenges in University Student's Group's Management

In this research we cast a cursory glance at the roots of the Challenges and problems in the management of university student's groups. The method of the survey is analyzing the theme and semi-structure interviews with 12 persons and 4 sessions with 9 persons engaged to management of student's groups. The themes and challenges in management of student groups are categorized in 5 following factors: lack of communication, management changes, lack in cultural knowledge, and challenges in management of human recourses and weakness in determining the goals. The author of the research concludes the results of the survey as educational and cultural requirements in planning the educative programs by science and cultural ministry or supreme leader's representative in universities.
