Mental Wellbeing among Organizational Staffs in Ghom Province Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract:
Mental wellbeing is included the sense of life satisfaction in job atmosphere (job satisfaction), inner peace and positive emotions which has a positive impact on the function of organizational staffs.
Objectives
The present survey aims at investigating mental wellbeing among organizational staffs.
Method
The method of the research is qualitative and based on systematic theory of data (grounded theory). Also open interviews with 26 persons in organizational staffs of ghom province. A collection of primarily concepts is collected through coding process.
Results
The relationship between concepts is coded in a paradigm form and in axial coding process. Then the details of coding paradigm are described in selective coding process.
Conclusion
The authors of the article conclude two individual and organizational factors as effective factors on positive feelings demonstration and life satisfaction. Positive emotions and sense of life satisfaction lead to a series of strategic solutions which are also affected by confounding terms. The mentioned strategies will conclude in individual and organizational positive consequences.
