Explanation of the Islamic work Ethics Role on Organization Commitment and Attitudes towards Organization Change: Testing Mediator Role of Organization Justice

Organizations abided by Islamic work ethics provide more organization commitment and justice and at the time of changes can demonstrate more positive attitudes of themselves. This research is going to study the role of Islamic work ethics on organization commitment and attitude of personnel working in organization for enjoinment of goodness and forbiddance of wrongdoing in western Azerbaijan province. Review of research history indicated that ethical values in organization can play a role in accepting the changes by personnel. Statistical population of this research is 300 people from all personnel working in the organization of enjoinment of goodness and forbiddance of wrongdoing out of which 171 selected by Cochran formula as sample. It is a descriptive correlative research. Standard questionnaires were used for data collection. Structural equation modeling method was used to appraise the relation between measured hidden variants in conceptual model. The results of correlative analysis between research variants indicated that between these variants meaningful and positive correlation exist. In this research, the mediator role of organization justice confirmed between organization commitment and Islamic work ethics variants and also between Islamic work ethics and attitude towards organization changes.
