Choice theory: an approach to accountability and Social Commitment

Abstract:
Option theory as a motivational-behavioral theory was created by gllaser.He believed human behavior is provoked by internal causes not external causes.He believe that human behavior is purposeful and talk about chosen behavior to providing the vital needs.In fact individuals to provide their needs choose their behavior so they are responsible for their act.He says take responsibility is ability to provide needs and acceptance of the behavior's result whereas it's not barrier to provide society individuals needs.In the sociology's literature concept of obligation and social responsibility is used as equivalent in a common semantic spase.According to one general description responsibility and social obligation are as causes to provide the mutual needs of social's individual and social integration.Descriptive-analytic study show that it can talk about main component such as psychic needs and desirable world,importance of the human relation,success identity and not only be effective on taking responsibility in their personal life,but also to make sense of responsibility and social obligation.
