The Role of Transformational Leadership in Intrapreneurship

Current economic trends is demonstrating the role and the importance of creativity and entrepreneurship in organizational survaival. According to many authorsthese factors are the most determinant for reducing the gap between developed and less developed countries or pionier and follower organizations. Realization of intrapreneurship makes crucial more attention to management style and organizational leadership. The main research question is that what is the role of transformational leadership in Intrapreneurship. In addition wheather Intrapreneurship can be enhanced by improving transformational leadership. The population of intrest consists of staff and managers of an education center in IRI army. stratified random sampling method was used to determine the sample.The data was collected through questionnaire and survey research method was used. The results have showed a significant relationship between all components of transformational leadership and intrapreneurship. Finally, according to the findings, some suggestions are offered.
