Moral Features of Management from the View Point of Quran

Quran is the book for morality and guidance of human for all the eras. Since the managers has important role in developing the countries, there is a question: what are the essential features of management? How a manager is successful? A manager can reach his aims with efficient, skillful, committed, motivated and talented human force due to important and sensitive importance of human force. The skill, behavior, and association of workers can make a potentiality in progressing and implementing the goals. On the other hand, what should the behavior of manager be with workers? What is the view point of Quran in using the forces? How should a manager act with workers in complicated and critical situation in order to have better efficiency? What is the Quran’s notion about it?
