Sustainable value creation framework on stakeholder management(case study: native operating system of Iran)

Abstract:
Value creation is the most important aspect of stakeholder management. This activity is garanteed the continuoes of open source software life cycle based on business process reengineering and innovation based on stakeholder requirements. Stakeholders have varied interests and different goals and they are looking to capture the full benefits and eliminate their risks. So, constantly, they are in competition. In order to take appropriate policies for stakeholder,identification of their position and requirements is needed. Various models have been presented to identify stakeholder from different aspect. In this paper, it is tried to study different models and extract all main criteria for stakeholder. Then according to expert's ideas, important factors was identified and the framework for stakeholder identification was proposed. Also, with study of resource in software industry field and using questionnaire, stakeholder of native operating system was identified and classified based on proposed framework. Finally, some appropriate strategies for stakeholder management are presented.
